What an amazing meal! We came for a Sunday lunch, and it was a great experience, one of the best meals of the trip.

I went for the cheese fondant with onion sorbet, which was amazing, and so was my pasta main. Lots of vegetarian options, but the meat eaters were kept very happy, tempted by the enormous steaks, but ended up with pasta and smaller plates of meat.

The bread was some of the best I've had, we spoke with our server who explained that it was made with hemp flour, milled by her brother. She didn't mind that we asked for seconds of that, and provided directions to a local grocery store where we could try to find some similar flour.

Clearly a family run spot, with both chef and front of house run by amazing women, you can check out some of the news stories about the place, including awards, on your way to the restrooms.

Also, I think some of the reviews are probably for a different spot-- there wasn't any pizza on the menu that I saw, just in case that is helpful to...

Been traveling in Italy for 3 weeks rarely spending the night in the same place twice. As an American this place offers the best steak I have found in Italy. The vanilla ice cream has flavors I have never before encountered the best I have had in my 50 years, the ice cream alone is worth the 36 hours of flights. If you are in Italy and haven't been here you are missing out on an epic experience. Service and atmosphere are top shelf. FYI Google maps will take you to a pedestrian entrance. Not sure how to get the car in the lot. We parked and walked. On our second night we had to come back. The bread is fresh daily and delicious. The chocolate ice cream is rich complex and full. Tonight we ordered the suckling pig (picturered) the house specialty. And again they have elevated the humble to the spectacular. I may need to make an annual pilgrimage from this day forth for suckling pig and vanilla ice...

The venue was lovely. the staff were really respectful and friendly. there were 2 negative points. I’m a carnivore so to me, the best restaurant is the one with the best meat dishes. Unfortunately I didn’t like my filetto di manzo here. the meat was different to cut, it was very salty and kind of chewy. Another problem was the prices. The portions were really small and with those prices we expected at least a much higher quality. However maybe it’s a good place for...
