An unforgettable experience! We had an absolutely wonderful time at Pastime in Pizzoferrato. The food was incredible—authentic, flavorful, and clearly made with love and care. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our meal, making us feel like part of the family. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the location in the heart of the village made it even more special. Everything from the appetizers to dessert was top-notch. Buon ristorante in una via laterale prima di giungere al centro di Pizzoferrato. Si può parcheggiare lungo la stradina prima del ristorante/ bar oppure si può lasciare l'auto nella piazza davanti al municipio e raggiungere il luogo comodamente a piedi. I piatti sono gustosi e le porzioni sono sempre generosi. Si possono scegliere delle ottime tagliatelle o chitarrina al sugo di cinghiale oppure ai funghi porcini e tartufo. Per quanto riguarda i secondo consigliatissimi quelli di carne passando da una buona entrecot ai classici spiedini abruzzesi. Buono l'assortimento di birre e discreto quello di vini. L'ambiente è composto da un ingresso con alla sinistra una zona bar seguito da una sala grande per il ristorante. Il personale inoltre e gentile, professionale e cordiale. Un occhio di attenzione al cliente è dato dal fatto che prima di servire qualsiasi portata per alleviare l'attesa, che non è mai lunga, vengo servite delle semplici e gustose bruschette. Seriously the place to go in Pizzoferrato and the surrounding area. Fantastic pizzas and other homely dishes of the area. We also loved the gnocchi. Reasonable prices and beautiful staff. The locals love it for a reason and it was a great opportunity as Australians abroad to mix with the community.
