Tasty food but not enough attention was paid to potential allergens. I probably should have asked as soon as I spotted several dishes containing mussels on the menu, but I had been lulled into a false sense of security by the generally excellent attention to such detail of Italian waitstaff.

Service was OK, the scenery beautiful, but around 3 hours after eating my (admittedly delicious) swordfish steak I began feeling sick and was vomiting uncontrollably before dinner.

This was the only meal I had eaten that day, so I can eliminate other possible sources of contamination.

Fortunately, my allergy is relatively mild: some people have fatal food allergies and failure to clean pans between shellfish and other dishes is a basic food hygiene error in any case.

Toilet facilities very basic but still made us scan our receipt to enter. Proprietors should have saved the price of the QR code scanner leading to the lock and spent it on toilet...

Premetto che l'unica cosa che giustifica la venuta in questo locale è la magnifica vista, dovuta alla natura e non certo alle modalità di gestione. Arrivati per prendere un aperitivo verso l'ora di pranzo, chiediamo a quello che sembra il gestore e alla (credo) moglie se possiamo accomodarci. La signora, con poco garbo, ci dice che per un aperitivo dobbiamo fare asporto e non è previsto servizio al tavolo. Veniamo inoltre indirizzati verso dei tavolini laterali alti con sgabelli, in pieno sole, nonostante il locale fosse quasi vuoto. Fin qui ancora accettabile, sgarberia a parte. Dopo aver preso le birre e qualche stuzzichino chiediamo (con gentilezza, vista la poca grazia dei gestori) se possiamo almeno spostare un tavolino all'ombra, data la calura davvero forte. Il (credo) proprietario ci risponde in maniera aggressiva di spostarlo senza impicciare i camerieri, indaffarati ai tavoli. "Certo - diciamo - è ovvio! Non vogliamo di certo dare fastidio!". "E che credete - dice lui con malo modo - qui ogni giorno ci troviamo coi tavoli in mezzo!". Avendo già aperto le birre, sebbene molto seccati, decidiamo di restare e consumare (una Corona, una Tennent's, dei pezzetti di focaccia e un tris di olive/noccioline/tarallini). Al momento di pagare ci vengono chiesti 16,50 euro. Paghiamo basiti dall'entità conto, e ci viene data UNA RICEVUTA SENZA DETTAGLIO (a sinistra nella foto). A questo punto il mio compagno pretende il conto dettagliato con le singole voci. Il proprietario farfuglia, sostiene di non trovare lo scontrino o di averlo dato ad altri. In seguito a nostra insistenza lo ristampa. Ed ecco che, oplà, appaiono DUE CORONA (LA SECONDA MAI CONSUMATA Né CHIESTA), e inoltre CON DUE PREZZI DIVERSI (a destra nella foto). Ci vengono restituiti 4 euro. Leggendo poi le recensioni sul web ci rendiamo conto che si tratta di un comportamento già evidenziato da altri clienti. Dulcis in fundo, quando ho provato ad usare il bagno sono stata investita da un fetore di urina al solo aprire la porta. Un lago di pipì a terra e mancanza di carta igienica. In definitiva non ho potuto utilizzarlo. Inaccettabile anche per un baretto scalcagnato sul porto, figuriamoci in un ristorante con terrazza panoramica che propone cucina di pesce! DA EVITARE...

This is a place that has a monopoly in the area since there are no other cafes or bars. prices like are ok enough but just that you know if you go to the washroom make sure you consume more than only 2 euros bc the owner will tell you that you have to pay this amount although by regulations she should give the access to everybody and without a charge. If she charges should be declared upfront and she should pay taxes on that. She has a very rude attitude also while explaining the amount you should have spent due to the use of the washroom.
