Warning for rude scammer! We came here because of good reviews, ordered some pasta, ragu with angus was tasty, the place was clean. The service was kind until we paid. After that I kindly asked for some explanation about the bill (the price was higher than expected) and the cashier got angry and rude. It made the whole experience bitter. It's just not acceptable to be yelled at. It also turned out he overcharged us and added up extra 3€ per meal because we took pasta shape that he suggested and didn't even know what is the "free of additional charge" shape of pasta....

This off-the-beaten path is a no frills but truly authentic way to try local cuisine. Di passaggio per lavoro mi sono fermato per caso… preso una vaschetta di lampredotto, prezzo indicato sul menú €7, alla cassa mi ha fatto pagare €12,00… dicendomi che il prezzo era in base al peso… in centro a Firenze costa €5,00 una vaschetta, mai pagato così tanto considerato poi il servizio e la location mi sembra veramente eccessivo. Inoltre alla base della vaschetta ha messo una fetta di pane che con il sugo era ovviamente completamente ammollato… quindi ho mangiato una zuppa di lampredotto… fra l’altro condito con troppo pepe.. esperienza pessima.
