We booked our room in this small guest house because it had only positive reviews, so we went there with lot of optimism, but it was a complete disappointment, because most of the thing that are listed on booking.com as part of the room, is just a simple lie. |I booked a Deluxe room with:|river or sea view, instead of that they gave us a room with a view on a parking lot and the garbage containers of the restaurant. When I booked in the description they said , there is a safety deposit box in the room, but there isn’t. |They wrote in the description that they have a mini bar, but of course that is a lie too. There were only 2 small and warm bottles of water on the desk.|The free wifi doesn’t work in the room. |When I told these to the manager he said that on the booking site was an “error” and since they are full he can’t give us any other room. He didn’t even decrease the price with the reason that we are in August. (????) So finally we found our self in a room over a noisy restaurant’s kitchen and the A/C ventilator and smelly garbage containers. Although we saw that the following day the rest of the rooms freed up, we still were not offered to change the room.|The crossroad where the guesthouse is located is really noisy in the morning. So better close the window all the time. But it doesn’t really matter, because although they write that rooms are soundproofed, if your neighbour uses the shower you can here it clearly. |The bed in the room is really uncomfortable.|The soapholder in the shower was empty and it stayed empty during the 3 nights that we spent here.||The other reason why we booked here, because in La Bitta’s TA page they were advertising that they have glutenfree options too. We informed them more then a week in advance that my wife is gluten and milk sensitive. They replied back that no problem, they have soya milk. Combining these infos we were calm about the breakfast, but we had to disappoint in that too. Although they have them own restaurant, the breakfast is not served there. You get a ticket and with this ticket you have to walk to the other end of the village to a bar (8-10 minutes) where your only option is 1 coffee + 1 croissant. Of course no glutenfree option, so my wife stayed without breakfast everyday. |Really disappointing place where they don’t care about the guests just about collecting the money at check-in and after that they don’t really care. |During my life I stayed at least in 20 Italian hotels, but this was far away the worst. I do not recommend at all. Not friendly and not attentive at all. More likely it is an arrogant enviroment. I am sure that it is possible to find a better one somewhere else...

Arrampiicamenti e trovare scuse banali ... Vi era stato detto al telefono che se volevate il servizio con la vostra pubblicità avevate il costo spazi TV di cui vi e''stata fatta una fattura ...e io non impegno persone per servizi se non voglio farne ...inutile troviate storie....
