Il Ritrovo di Serio Antonio — Restaurant in Prasco

A wonderfull restaurant situated on top of a hill. The restaurant has a authentic atmosphere. The kitchen is staffed by three ladies. Mother, wife and aunt. The owner waits the table with we think is their daughter.

We visited Il Ritrivo two times in a row and both we spotted (Italian) families and couples in this cosy place. I think a lott of tourists are send here by owners of B&B’s in the neighbourhood. Which is good because more people should visit this nice restaurant. The menu is not to fancy and had a lot to offer. Mainly pizza but there’s more. A good wine menu and a variety of beers. Very affordable prices which is a bit odd considering the location and the quality of the ingrediënts. Nice, friendly and even humouristic service with a big smile!

This is the the type of restaurant where people go to for a date, an anniversary or a family diner.

They speak enough English and...

We visited the lovely restaurant 3 times in 5 days. Not only the food, also the owner. It’s a family run restaurant, and you can find the recipes from the Italian Mama. Simple but super delicious!!

I really enjoyed the food and the people were so friendly. Even Antonio can not speak English and I can’t speak Iranian, but he tried to explain as he could. I really appreciate it!!

si mangia bene come al solito.. Io, quando "mangiavo", ero solito ordinare i ravioli col vino, che oltre essere una specialità della regione, Anna li fa da dio.. (sarà il vino.. sarà la cottura ...sarà il modus operandi..)..Ma questa volta, data la dieta, ho ripiegato sulla pizza ortolana .. Mia moglie, è abbonata alla pasta alla carbonara, sempre al top!!! Ampio parcheggio, la figlia simpaticissima serve (insieme al padre) ai tavoli.. posto bellissimo in mezzo ai boschi (dalla strada principale si gira per Orbregno, con cartello ben visibile) .. E soprattutto, a parte il vino (piemontese!!!) che è di fornitori locali, gran parte dei piatti della cucina, sono composti con preparazioni fatte da loro, come dolci, marmellate (che mi pare addirittura vendano al banco) e altre portate .. C'è proprio una legenda in fondo al libro del menu che descrive e certifica il listato dei prodotti "realmente fatti in casa", non solo un cliché pubblicitario.. Ps: un'eccellenza sono pure gli...
