Everything was simply outstanding! From the delicious, high-quality food to the warm and impeccable service from Assunta, the owner, and her sister Patrizia – two incredibly welcoming and passionate women who truly care about every guest.

The atmosphere is magical: a restaurant set inside a charming cave, nestled in the heart of a small medieval village in the Abruzzo mountains, with breathtaking views all around. Every detail tells a story, and every dish is filled with the rich flavors and love of traditional Abruzzese cuisine.

To top it all off, at the end of the meal, we were offered a wonderful selection of coffees from different parts of the world — a generous and thoughtful gesture by Assunta that made the experience even more special.

I’ve been lucky enough to travel a lot throughout my life, but I can say without hesitation that this is one of the most special places I’ve ever eaten at. I will definitely come back as...

This is our second visit to Pretoro from the US in 5 years. Both times we ate at La Torre and both times enjoyed some delicious food. In appetizer, we got some mixed grill and it was so different and savory. In main course, I got Boar meat which came with some kind of mashed potatoes mixed with some kind of berry sauce and juices. It was so so good and different. The owner lady herself cooks everything fresh for you, so allow her the time needed to prepare a good meal, you will love it. Restaurant is carved inside a mountain, and where else can you find this kind of atmosphere....only in Pretoro. We shall be back in another 5 years. Hope to enjoy another meal at...

Ho avuto la fortuna di visitare il ristorante La Torre di Pretoro e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza davvero fantastica.

Questo ristorante si trova in una posizione incantevole, in un contesto che sembra uscito da un libro di fiabe. Pretoro stessa è un paese affascinante, e il ristorante riflette perfettamente l'atmosfera magica del luogo.

Ciò che mi ha colpito di più è stata l'eccezionale qualità del personale. Il personale del ristorante è unico nel suo genere: sono gentili, professionali e sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni nostro desiderio. Ho avuto l'impressione che il loro obiettivo principale fosse farci sentire a nostro agio e garantirci un'esperienza memorabile.

Passando al cibo, devo dire che è stato qualcosa di sublime. Ogni portata era curata nei minimi dettagli, con un'attenzione particolare alla presentazione e all'unicità dei sapori. Ho gustato ogni piatto con grande piacere e devo ammettere di essermi lasciato coinvolgere emotivamente dalla bontà della cucina.

Ogni portata è stata un'esperienza unica e mi ha conquistato completamente. Ho apprezzato la creatività e l'originalità del menu, che offriva una varietà di piatti straordinari. Ogni boccone era un'esplosione di sapori che mi ha fatto innamorare ancora di più di questa cucina fantastica.

Consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia vivere una serata indimenticabile di visitare questo ristorante. La combinazione tra l'atmosfera unica del paese e la straordinaria esperienza culinaria offerta dal ristorante renderanno la serata davvero speciale. Non ho dubbi che sia il luogo ideale per trascorrere una serata romantica o per festeggiare un'occasione importante.
