This review is about the restaurant. We have been going to Oberraut for dinner for about 25 years now. The decor is understated and tasteful, the food outstanding and the service consistently excellent. I want to highlight the grace and professionalism of the staff; in these past few years, in fact, other favorite restaurants have failed to maintain their original standard. We had an assortment of appetizers, ranging from beautifully assembled salads to charcuterie and cheese, all locally sourced. The potato dumplings are fried with care and come exceptionally light and tasteful. All of which is paired with some of the best wine, our favourite is always those from the local...

Restaurant Review I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and I can’t say enough about both the service and the food. The staff were incredibly attentive and ensured that everything was perfect throughout the meal. The highlight was undoubtedly the venison ragu and veal dishes—both cooked to perfection. The flavors were rich and balanced, making each bite a delight. The meal was paired with a fantastic wine from the Dolomites, which complemented the food beautifully. For anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience with excellent service and outstanding food, this place...
