Moritzin Pizzeria & Ice Bar — Restaurant in Pustertal - Val Pusteria

The bar/pizzeria located in Piz la Ila, which I assume is part of the Moritzino company, enjoys an incredibly beautiful location above La Ila (Stern in German), offering breathtaking views of the Dolomite mountains. However, despite the scenery, I can only give it a poor 2-star review.

The prices are excessively high (5€ for a can of Coca-Cola, 7€ for a small portion of fries), and the experience is underwhelming. There is no table service—you have to queue to order your food—staff friendliness is average at best, and the tables feel cheap. Perhaps I missed something, but based on my visit, this place does not deserve many customers.

👎🏻Purtroppo non mi sento di consigliare il Moritzin Pizzeria & Ice Bar. Ci era stato suggerito come alternativa più economica rispetto al Club Moritzino, ma purtroppo il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è affatto giustificato. Se si vuole creare un locale alla moda, bisogna garantire un servizio e una qualità all’altezza delle aspettative.

💸Durante la nostra visita, la mia comanda è stata sbagliata per ben tre volte, e il panino che ho ordinato, pagato 13 euro, non era assolutamente all’altezza del prezzo. Inoltre, i caffè, pagati 2,50 euro l’uno, sono arrivati in momenti diversi e non caldi, il che ha peggiorato ulteriormente l’esperienza.

🚡È un peccato, perché la posizione è molto comoda per chi arriva con la cabinovia e per chi scia, quindi potrebbe essere un buon punto di ritrovo. Il personale è stato gentile, ma c’è sicuramente molto su cui lavorare per migliorare il servizio e l’organizzazione.
