The waiter was extremely rude and aggressive from the very moment we arrived. Even though we were only three people and had done nothing to cause any problems, his hostility was immediately apparent.

We sat down, and he instantly started shouting at us, insisting that we either order or get out because this is a restaurant. We had already ordered our drinks and were perusing the menu for lunch. When we explained that we had just received the menu and needed a moment, he returned a mere 30 seconds later, demanding that we order or leave.

We tried to overlook his lack of courtesy, but when the rest of our group arrived—without even having time to remove their helmets or sit down—the same waiter reappeared and told them to either order or “get the hell out.”

We had heard about a particularly ill-mannered waiter at this establishment who insults his guests, and initially we thought perhaps he was just having a bad day. However, it turns out that for this waiter—a slim man in his early thirties, dressed in traditional Tyrolean attire with colorful tattoos on his hands—this aggressive treatment is the norm.

Even though our initial party was only three, we eventually joined a larger group of ten, and despite our positive mood and willingness to order lunch and drinks, we were shocked by his behavior. We understand that the restaurant prefers not to have tables occupied by people who haven’t ordered food, but being told that our manners were lacking and being forced to choose between ordering or leaving was completely unacceptable.

Moreover, the food was tasteless—at least based on what we managed to taste and pay for before the waiter informed us that if we didn’t like it, we should leave.

If you’re not Italian, if you wish to be treated like trash, and if you’d like to have the rest of your money for an uneaten meal thrown in your face by an arrogant, aggressive man, then go have lunch at Rudi Hutte in Sesto. You will undoubtedly...

This place is a 10 out of 10. I got here late found a kind waitress she said to wait at the waiting table at the entrance. After literally 20 sec a local guy very kind and smiling he asked me my needs he gave me the most nice and quiet place sheltered and fresh so the kids and the dogs had the best spot to rest. Without even asking they brought dog bowl with fresh water and a bucket full of toys for the kids. Service was perfect, attentive, fast and warming. Food is amazing, we had canederli rosticciata, tagliatelle with mushrooms. Dessert is a must we tried everything waffles with vanilla cream , strudel and others and they were incredible! Can’t say anything bad about this...

Das beste was wir je erlebt haben!!!!! Auf der Rudihütte ist man dem Himmel tatsächlich ein Stück näher! Wir waren im letzten Urlaub zweimal mit unseren Hunden in der Rudihütte und wären am liebsten für immer geblieben. Unsere Hunde bekamen noch vor uns (jeder!) einen Napf mit frischen Wasser und von Steffi selbstgebackene Hundekekse (die sind der Renner, kann ich jedem nur ans Herz legen, superlecker und dann auch noch für einen guten Zweck denn der Erlös wird gespendet). Das Essen für die Zweibeiner ist auch unübertrefflich lecker, frisch, regional und auch sehr schnell auf dem Tisch selbst bei viel Betrieb! Beim zweiten Besuch war es etwas kühler und wir kamen von einer längeren Wanderung...wir haben ein Wasser (wieder erst die Hunde dann wir-und was will man als Hundehalter mehr) auf der Terasse getrunken und wollten zum Essen rein gehen, dort wurde ein Tisch für uns hergerichtet an der Seite das die Hunde Platz haben und als wir dann dort saßen kam Steffi und hat uns sogar noch zwei riesen Hundebetten gebracht....mir standen schon fast die Tränen in den Augen! Es ist wirklich unglaublich, die Mischung auf perfekter Lage, super gutem Essen, tollem Ambiente (bei dem man auch merkt das die Chefs und die Mitarbeiter Spaß daran haben was sie tun) und die überaus große Herzlichkeit gegenüber Hunden (und wie wir beobachten konnten werden Kinder dort auch sehr gerne gesehen und gleich mit Spielzeug versorgt wenn sie nicht eh schon an dem Mega Außenspielplatz hängengeblieben sind ;-))!!! Macht weiter so wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder, denn die Hunde wissen jetzt wo's zu den leckeren Keksen geht (die wir übrigends "Rudis" getauft haben)!! Vielen vielen Dank an Alle!!!!!
