Una serata veramente indimenticabile...una vista spettacolare e salmone, trota, salmerino rispettati nel loro sapore e con una tecnica di affumicataura veramente unica che ancora non avevo apprezzato come in questo posto. Complimenti al proprietario che sa esaltare il particolare sapore dei piatti offerti. Torneremo sicuramente nel periodo invernale per scoprire la location invernale con braciere centrale e i tavoli che lo accerchiano del resto i piatti valgono il viaggio perché non provarli in un posto così accogliente. Grazie per la bellissima esperienza. Consigliatissimo.

Florida, USA residents visit the Dolomites and find spectacular place. AMAZING!!! 12/10! In the Dolomites on a rainy day we found this by accident. A hidden gem! Met the owners and they were so personable, very good English, welcoming and let us stay for a few hours. They care about putting out the best product as well as the connections with their customers. They served us when they were on their off season and talked to us for a couple of hours. An amazing place you need to try or order from! We had three different fish and a bottle of rose. Each had their own unique great flavor. Hope to connect with them...

We ordered Natural Smoked and Smoked with Herbs from the Alps. What can we say...FANTASTIC !! Each slice melted on our tongues and the Salmon notes superbly balanced against the faint smokey background. The one with Herbs from the Alps was sensational. Very light and fresh. Both were very morish. Highly recommend them. Well done. It is very apparent that a lot of effort has been put into creating these very high quality products. 10/10 for taste (oils vs fish vs smoke) 10/10 for surprise. Never taste...
