The concept is nice (I’ve never tried pinsa before, so it was new to me). On the menu they have plenty of different type and several good ingredients. Good, as in you wouldn’t normally use them while cooking yourself, like orange oil (yes oil made out of oranges - I suppose). The place is recently renovated and everything is shiny and stylish. Eating outside is nice during summer, but the darkness of the garden is detrimental for the conversation (a friend of mine almost fell asleep with its face in the pinsa), more lights would be beneficial. The staff serving at the tables is nice, but could improve their manners and become faster at taking the orders. On the other hand the decision to invite an illusionist to entertain the customers was very appreciated (keep him). 5 stars deserved, and I wonder... what’s the ig account of Midnight the...

Voilà des années que nous passons manger dans ce restaurant avec nos amis de la Vallée d'Aoste lorsque nous sommes en vacances dans la vallée. Cette fois, pas du tout le top... Après avoir commandé l'apéro et les plats (3 pizzas, un fritto misto pesce et un buffala campana) et avoir précisé que nous avions le temps devant nous, le Fritto misto (délicieux cependant) a été servi presque de suite pendant l'apéro... il a fallu ensuite attendre près de quinze minutes pour que les pizzas (très diminuées en quantité depuis la dernière fois et très peu garnies, l'équivalant d'un champignon coupé en fines lamelles, une petite chiffonnade de jambon cuit, 7 olives et un demi coeur d'artichaut coupé en trois pour une Quatre Saisons) arrivent et encore dix minutes d'attente pour que le Buffala Campana soit servi. Bref, nous avions terminé quand mon ami a mangé seul en dernier, un plat ne correspondant pas à ce qui est annoncé... Juste une demi boule de Mozzarela avec des croustades presque froides... Après avoir demandé un café avec de la grappa, il a été servi un expresso qui ne sentait pas du tout la grappa, après remarque au serveur, un verre de grappa a été servi en plus mais facturé 5 euros et deux Limoncello à 7.50 € chacun... Aucune coordination entre le service, la cuisine et le pizzaïolo. TRES décus... Pas sûr que nous y retournions encore. Un couple de français arrivé juste après nous n'avait toujours pas été servi lorsque nous...

Very nice place. Excellent food and the best staff ever. They are always very welcoming and trying absolutely their best to make you feel comfortable. Even though you show up at 14.30 with your twin babies they still serve you the best food with utmost kindness. Thank you for everything and see you soon. P.s.Not to mention their amazing garden where kids can run and play and enjoy their time...

Ormai sono 5 anni che conosco questo posto, ma ogni volta è una piacevole sorpresa. Comincerei dal personale sempre sorridente(un sorriso fa sempre piacere), molto gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad accogliere ogni tua esigenza. I proprietari pronti a fare 4 chiacchere ed a spiegarti metodo ed ingredienti della pinsa e delle sue varianti, oltre che dei piatti da cucinare tra primi e secondi ,contorni e dolci. Poi i pinsaioli( licenza poetica😂) che con la loro maestria e seguendo la vera ricetta con tutti i canoni, sfornano la migliore pinsa della valle. E poi il cuoco che riesce a rendere un piatto semplice come il classico spaghetti al pomodoro fresco e basilico, un piatto Gourmet, con ingredienti di prima qualità ed impiattamenti da alta scuola. Ottima anche la scelta delle bevande, che comprendono una carta di vini importanti, birre artigianali e non, e le classiche bibite gassate. Non mancano gli aperitivi ed i superalcolici. Per cui lo consiglio vivamente👍👍👍Ancora un grazie per l'accoglienza che mi dedicate ogni volta.

An amazing pizza, definitely worth a visit when around. When I visit Aosta I always go and enjoy this delicious pizza. They are particularly busy in the summer, but they have quite a large area, although it's probably better to book on busy nights. They also serve good beers.

An amazing pizza, definitely worth a visit when around. When I visit Aosta I always go and enjoy this delicious pizza. They are particularly busy in the summer, but they have quite a large area, although it's probably better to book on busy nights. They also serve good beers.
