Ein wirklicher Geheimtipp auf der schönen Insel Sardinien!!!! Wir waren im Oktober zwei Wochen auf Sardinien. Erst im Norden (Olbia und Umland) und dann Cagliari (Süden). In der Zeit waren wir öfter Pizza essen, ABER die mit Abstand beste Pizza gab es hier! Es ist eine kleine einladende Pizzeria mit großem Steinofen und super freundlichem Personal. Der Chefkoch selbst dreht den Teig mit seinen Händen vor den Augen der Gäste und ist ein wahrer Künstler. Es macht Spaß ihm bei seinem Handwerk zuzuschauen 😀. Er lädt auch gerne dazu ein und freut sich über neugierige Zuschauer. Die Pizzen sind super lecker und es gibt eine große Auswahl. Wir waren direkt mehrfach nacheinander da, weil es uns so gut geschmeckt hat. Unsere Kinder (9,12 und 2) wurden so herzlich empfangen und überhaupt waren alle von Anfang an wahnsinnig freundlich. Am zweiten Abend wurden die Kinder mit einer Nutella-Pizza vom Chef persönlich überrascht 🫶 und waren total begeistert. Wir können diese Pizzeria nur jedem empfehlen. Auch wenn man zwischen den vielen Einheimischen als Urlauber auffällt, ist es kein Grund skeptisch sein, denn Gastfreundschaft wird hier groß geschrieben und die Preise für diese Leckereien sind unschlagbar! Super soddisfatta. Ho ordinato qua una pizza oggi per la prima volta e credo che diventeranno la mia pizzeria di riferimento! Consegna puntualissima e pizza ancora molto molto calda (abito vicino ma, viste le precedenti esperienze altrove, non era assolutamente scontato). Pizza buona, ben cotta e ben condita. Buono anche il sugo che era nella giusta quantità e soprattutto non sapeva di aspro. Gentile sia la ragazza al telefono al momento dell’ordine che il ragazzo alla consegna. Complimenti e grazie....
