Actually, it would just be the best pizza I've ever eaten in Sardinia, BUT the organization in the store was really bad today. We ordered online at 20 o'clock and thereby indicated a pickup time of 20:30. At this time we were also on site, but apparently the online order has no function at all, except to specify the variety. Prepared for pickup was nothing. As I understand it, the order did not become active until we were on site. In the end, we left with our pizza just before 9pm. To me, this begs the question, why do we specify a pickup time when ordering if no one cares? The second issue, not so dramatic, was 2 options I had chosen when ordering "tagliata" and "incartata", both of which obviously don't go together. "Incartata" I had chosen by mistake, but instead of asking me what I wanted, the pizza was simply not cut and then given to me like that. We stood outside the store the whole time and could have explained what we meant. Conclusion: The pizza is great, the organization and the service can be greatly improved.
EDIT 1 (answer to the first respose): I don't know where you get the time of 15 minutes. We stood with them in front of the store until shortly before 9 pm. The time you stated im your answer is just fantasy. I was not alone, my family also noticed. So far I had given 3 stars in my review, but for this lie in the answer it now becomes 1 star. That I made a mistake with the other options I know myself, but that was due to my not optimal knowledge of Italian. That it is logical from your point of view to simply ignore the request for a sliced pizza, I can not understand. This answer clearly shows what is wrong with your idea of service. The main point of my criticism and why I give only 1 star here is: The selected pickup time online is completely useless, even if you are on time on site. Abbiamo ordinato 3 pizze chiedendo se venisse effettuato la consegna a domicilio e ci è stato detto che la nostra zona non era servita dunque abbiamo deciso di andarle a ritirare. Il ragazzo che ha preso l’ordine probabilmente non aveva ben chiaro le disponibilità delle materie prime interne quindi dopo pochi minuti da quando ho effettuato l’ordine mi richiama dicendo che non ci sono nè la provola affumicata (per la pizza mimmo) nè la bufala quindi oramai in macchina decidiamo in tempo lampo un’altra pizza (ormai eravamo in pizzeria). Una volta arrivate ci dicono che le pizze erano in forno e nell’attesa chiedo lo scontrino, ci avevano fatto pagare la pizza ordinata all’ultimo di più di quello che era scritto sul menù, quella senza provola (nessun sostituto aggiunto) ce l’hanno fatta pagare a prezzo pieno (nonostante avesse un ingrediente in meno) e la terza pizza, che doveva essere salsiccia secca e patatine fritte una volta arrivata a casa ho visto che non c’erano le patatine (pagate con un extra di 1,50€). Vorrei far comprendere con questa recensione che non è questo il modo di porsi nei confronti di un cliente pagante. Essendo l’errore/dimenticanza di chi lavora all’interno della pizzeria solitamente ci si offre di rimediare, magari offrendo le bevande o eliminando una piccola percentuale dal conto finale. Mi dispiace vedere questa disorganizzazione e poca dimestichezza con il mestiere perché anche se so che non è facile la comunicazione tra cucina e ordinazioni è essenziale e in questo caso è chiaro che non c’è stata.
