The pizza was easily one of the best I've ever had in Italy. The sauce was incredible and the crust was just the right thickness. The owners/employees are incredibly nice and even though they don't speak much English they are very accommodating to turists, using an app to help translate from italian to english and vise versa which made ordering and communicating much more approachable as a turist. Hard to describe in words, I will just try it. Excellent Roman pizza, best quality ingredients. One should just see how they cut big chunk of Gorgonzola in front of them or freshly slice the salami, to put it inside a perfect wood oven pizza.
