I've been an American living in Italy for about six months now and I've been told by a few people that I needed to check this place out. I initially saw it in passing while looking for a place to live and thought what a neat name for a pub. When I finally checked it out the first time was to take food to go and it was a very smooth process. The staff is great and speak better English than I do Italian and I found out it is also family friendly and a growler bar as well. Un tempo a questo locale davo 5 stelle, e per la birra le do ancora, il cibo è ancora molto buono ma con dispiacere il voto cala per il servizio: purtroppo ultimamente sono stati diminuiti i piatti, penso per velocizzarsi visto che tutte le volte ho notato un'estrema lentezza... però ciò non è servito, non è cambiato nulla e le attenzioni al cliente sono state poche: devi cambiare il fusto e per la birra e devo aspettare ben 40 minuti per avere il mio bicchiere?...ok, posso accettarlo, ma perché nel frattempo non porti almeno l'acqua che era stata ordinata?! Poi arrivati al caffè mi viene detto che il locale per scelta non tiene il latte x macchiarlo... la spiegazione è che la lavastoviglie è una sola e il latte lascia patina sui bicchieri da birra... beh!!! a parer mio un'esagerazione, ma pazienza, in ogni caso la soluzione è semplice: poiché i caffè macchiati serviti in un posto così non credo siano molti credo sarebbe d'uopo lavare le poche tazzine a mano e accontentare il cliente!!! Inoltre la scusa è davvero debole, visto che molti piatti contengono formaggio fuso e i dessert in vasetto sono per lo più creme a base di latte!!! Quelli non li lavano?? Ciliegina sulla torta, al momento di pagare il cassiere rifiuta di "spezzare" 10 euro, cosa che sarebbe servita a me e agli altri commensali x...
