La Tappa Pizzeria — Restaurant in Quinzano d'Oglio

Pizza place recommended by my brother so on my way back home from a beautiful concert in Provaglio d'Iseo I decided to try my luck and check this place out crossing fingers as to find it open during Ferragosto Week. Surprise it was!! Very small dining room and a little patio outside. It was early (for dinner time in Italy) so there was only 1 table with patrons. Being by my self I asked the host if I could get a pizza on the fly; the guy looked at me, then at the reservation book plus the take out orders and very politely said that it would be only possible if could be out in 45 minutes..... I said "sure" and gave him my order on the spot, sat at a little table outside and watched customers coming in and carrying out huge loads of to-go pizzas. Drinks were served (no red wine though, kind of strange in Italy!) so I switched to their Frizzantino Bianco and although unpretentious it was nice and cold, just what I needed. Then my pizza came and it looked gorgeous and smelled very yummy! Yet I was more interested on how good it tasted though so I grabbed fork and knife and hit the pie!! Dough was fragrant, light and baked just right. So we're the toppings (got a Capricciosa), maybe just little scarce but really good and it only needed a few drops o EVOO w/Peperoncino. Being on the clock I ordered my espresso macchiato and the bill which was less than 20€. So if you happen to drive by Quinzano d'Oglio try La Tappa pizzeria and you'd get a gourmet pizza that you'll remember for a while....

Pizza ottima diciamo alla romana sottile fa anche al Tagliere che rimane ugualmente leggera. Il cameriere sveglio simpatico e veloce. Il titolare è gentile dovrebbe solo rivedere un po e migliorare la gestione orari ordini pizze da asporto e di chi chiede orari tavoli da sedere. Difficile trovare posto nelle prime ore della serata. Location d'estate c'è posto da Sedere Fuori ma rimane sulla Strada principale di Quinzano il che non mi entusiasma molto.il dentro molto piccolo fa...

Ambiente molto piccolo bisogna sempre Prenotare. Ora hanno Cambiato gestione ma la Pizza è rimasta la stessa. Hanno ascoltato il mio consiglio per la pizza a tagliere cioè mettere un po' di carta forno sul Tagliere di legno molto più igenico altrimenti la pizza prendeva brutti odori. Pizza leggera e prodotti di Qualità devo ancora inquadre la mozzarella se è di media qualità. Tuttavia vado Spesso perché la Pasta è molto Buona. Provate la...
