Locanda al Borcolan — Restaurant in Ragogna

We went as a group of 4 with a dog in the evening. When we arrived they had multiple tables free and guided us to one inside.

Service: Could speak and understand English relatively well Was very friendly and helped us with the order Waittime for main meal after order was about 45 min but we had the starter in the meantime

Food: Gave us a lot of nice bread everytime the bread was finished on the side dish Food was very delicious

Atmosphere: Jazzy soothing music in the backround with a cozzy interior and welcoming feeling Toilets were clean even in the evening after ,,heavy use by other costumers‘‘

Overall a great experience: Came out to be 160€...

We ate here spontaneously for lunch with 13 persons. In one sentence: It was more than we aspected.

Service: super friendly, also we came here with a bunch of people Location: lovely, calm place beneath the castle. A place to relax and enjoy Meal: small card, but really delicious. We had everything. Fish, beef, primo, secondi, dessert Kitchen: Super quick, also very friendly (you can take a look inside)

Stata a mangiare con la mia famiglia in occasione del mio compleanno. Posto bellissimo, mangiato benissimo ma il finale è stato molto deludente...non volevo far sapere la cifra spesa, volevo pagare dentro la struttura ma mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero raggiunta sul tavolo fuori dove abbiamo consumato; arriva la cameriera che dopo aver messo lo scontrino sul tavolo davanti a tutti mi dice ad alta voce quanto dovevo pagare...Le ho fatto notare che non ho gradito la cosa e si è scusata... Pago con bancomat, la prima volta codice pin errato, la seconda volta non veniva fuori l'importo... Faccio notare che deve confermare l'importo.... Lei allora mi invita a essere più gentile con lei, come lei che è sempre stata gentile con me, mi ha fatto notare poi che la prima volta avevo sbagliato io col codice pin errato...chiudere un pranzo in questo modo mi ha messo proprio di malumore!...non so se ci tornerò se trovo di nuovo la cameriera poco...
