Excellent choice in case you are visiting the area (Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Marina di Ragusa). A tranquille and beautiful setting were you'll find also tasty local specialities. Excellent service and good selections of local vines.

Atmosfera intima, posto elegante e caratteristico, tanta professionalità ed il tocco geniale di uno chef, Davide Cicciarella, che abbina carne o pesce a materie prime eccellenti(in molti casi di produzione propria). Il Menù, ben calibrato tra terra e mare, offre diversi spunti degni di nota: tagliatelle fatte a mano al tartufo ibleo, battuto di gamberi rossi con biscotto salato al sesamo, ravioli con ripieno di tuma persa!! Sui dolci poi... apriti cielo!! Stupisce poi il calore umano e il senso d'accoglienza, tipico Siciliano, trasmesso sempre con eleganza e discrezione. Regalatevi un piacere, regalatevi una serata speciale al Don Eusebio!!

Splendida location, ricca di atmosfera e di fascino: abbiamo cenato nel "baglio" (cortile) dell'Eremo della Giubiliana (ove è ubicato il ristorante/gourmet) circondati dalla natura (splendidi ulivi), dal silenzio e dall'eleganza del luogo. Ricco menù e proposte di alta qualità (si può optare sia per le carni che per il pesce), eccellente presentazione dei piatti e servizio impeccabile! Personale altamente professionale, gentile e preparato. Carta dei vini di alto livello. Estremamente soddisfatti! Costi adeguati.

Saw the reviews and decided to make the 30 min drive to taste their food. Sadly food was just not good enough for the price, bread was awful, dense and very chewy, served off menu appetisers which was basically 5 cubes of melon and some pork slices for £35 (didn't find out price until got bill) meatballs were OK but overall whole meal was bland and lacking any flavour sadly. Wine was about the only tasty thing which was then charged at 50 a bottle despite being 40 on the menu. Challenged bill at end and got some back but just overall a bland eating experience. Setting is stunning and could do so...

Fantastic place, it was a last minute dinner reservation and we had a really great time! Service was absolutely perfect, our waiter was really kind and polite and even helped me carry our baby stroller, the food was exactly what we love about italian food: simple and tasty cuisine from excellent local products (focaccia, olive oil, meat etc), very well cooked/prepared, we really enjoyed ourselves. The atmosphere is nice, the staff are good but the food is crap. The special antipasto which consists of 4 cubes of sugar melon , some ham and mozzarella for one person is a pure rip off at €35.
