Ieri sera siamo stati a cena presso questo ristorante situato nel verde proprio di fronte ai ruderi di Valle Christi. Propone una cucina sia di terra che di mare, con inoltre alcuni fuori menù di stagione, in particolare in questo periodo c'è abbondanza di funghi porcini e ne abbiamo voluto subito approfittare! Abbiamo iniziato con delle ottime tagliatelle ai funghi porcini e dei taglierini ai mirtilli con burrata e gamberi entrambi veramente ottini, per proseguire con un trancio di ricciola ai funghi porcini, dei calamaretti ai porcini crudi e una tagliata di tonno in crosta di nocciole su crema di ceci, tutto davvero delizioso. Infine i dolci, crostata di pesche fatta in casa con gelato alla crema e tiramisù, buonissimi! Due acque e due caffè con mirto e limoncino finali offerti. Conto finale da ritenersi corretto. Servizio molto cortese e rapido. Torneremo. Locale assolutamente consigliato.

Una piacevole scoperta, salendo dal Monastero di Valle Cristi, si trova questo ristorante con parcheggio. Interno pulito e curato, personale molto cordiale, pietanze da leccarsi i baffi. Veramente complimenti allo chef! Abbiamo pranzato a base di pesce ed è stato tutto ottimo dalle acciughe impanate, alle tagliatelle fresche alla Teresina, per passare ad un branzino con carciofi e patate che era una delizia. Ottimi anche i dessert: tiramisù e semifreddo al croccante. Ed infine per digestivo un limoncino offerto dalla casa che sapeva proprio di limone naturale fresco, nulla a che fare con i liquori da supermercato. Noi ci torneremo assolutamente, ma se passate da Rapallo, vi consigliamo di provarlo.

This was my favorite restaurant during this trip to Rapallo and Sanata Margherita Ligure. The homemade Tagliatelle with Porcini and Beef Tartare were gorgeous. Only a 10-minute drive from the center of Rapallo, it was a sanctuary in a lovely garden, overlooking a green valley and a monastery.
