This restaurant was one of the top highlights of our honeymoon! (We will come back many times). Everything about this restaurant experience was FLAWLESS - the food was unbelievable and exceeded all my very high standards. It’s amazing even compared to other Italian cuisine. I kept eating and eating because it was so good I couldn’t stop! Everything was freshly made, non-greasy and some of the best cuisine I’ve ever had! Prices are really decent, but it’s Michelin-star level quality food! The staff is incredibly friendly, kind, accommodating and make you feel completely at home. We stayed there for hours. They’re clearly experts at what they do, extremely passionate, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about the food and providing excellent, top level hospitality to guests. The Best Taste in Sicily!

We were staying at a nearby hotel. Wanting to try something outside of the hotel restaurant, we searched various places on Google Maps, and among them, we chose this one. Just from the photos left by previous reviewers, we felt we had more than enough reason to visit.

The interior of the restaurant was pleasant and cozy, and when we visited in the evening, the sunset streaming in through the windows was particularly memorable.

The staff who welcomed us were all kind and attentive, and it was clear that they truly cared about our dining experience.

Most importantly, the food was by far the best we had during our ten-day trip to Sicily. We were even tempted to cancel our hotel breakfast just to come back again for lunch the next day. (Unfortunately, we couldn’t cancel the breakfast.)

Moreover, the price was more than reasonable from a tourist’s perspective—it was downright inexpensive. We are travelers from South Korea, and to enjoy the same quality and quantity of food back home, we would easily have to pay at least 1.5 times more.

Even putting aside the price, the culinary quality alone makes this place more than worth a visit.

On our next trip to Sicily, we would even consider staying in Regalbuto just for the sake of dining at this restaurant again.

시칠리아 최고의 맛!

우리는 인근 호텔의 투숙객이었습니다. 호텔 레스토랑 외에서도 식사를 하고 싶었던 우리는 구글 맵을 통해 여러 곳을 찾아보았고, 그 중에서도 이 곳을 선택했습니다. 이미 이 곳을 다녀간 리뷰어들이 남긴 사진만으로도 이 곳을 방문할 이유는 충분해보였습니다.

방문한 식당 내부는 쾌적하고 아늑하면서, 저녁에 방문했을 때 창문 안으로 들어오는 노을이 인상적이었습니다.

또한 우리를 반겨주었던 식당의 직원들도 모두 친절했고, 우리의 식사를 세심히 신경써주고 있음을 알 수 있었습니다.

무엇보다 가장 중요한 맛은 열흘간의 시칠리아 방문 일정 중에서 단연 최고라고 할 수 있습니다. 호텔의 조식 일정을 당장 취소하고 다음 날 점심에 또 다시 방문하고 싶을 정도의 맛이었습니다. (안타깝게도 조식 일정은 취소하지 못했습니다.)

나아가 가격 또한 관광객 입장에서는 합리적인 수준을 넘어 저렴한 수준이었습니다. 우리는 대한민국에서 온 관광객입니다만, 이 수준의 맛과 양을 똑같이 한국에서 경험하기 위해서는 최소한 1.5배 이상의 지출이 필요합니다.

그럼에도 유럽에서 이 정도의 식사를 이 가격에 할 수 있었다는 것은 놀라우면서도 굉장한 경험이었습니다.

가격적인 매력을 떠나 미식적인 부분만 집중하더라도 방문할 가치가 충분히 차고 넘치는 곳입니다.

다음 시칠리아 여행에서도 단지 이 식당만을 위해 Regalbuto에 머물 의향이 있습니다.

Una piccola oasi di gusto e convivialità alle porte di Regalbuto!!!!

Oggi, in occasione della domenica di Carnevale, io e i miei amici abbiamo avuto il piacere di scoprire il KEB Kitchen & Beverage, un locale non grandissimo ma che si è rivelato una vera sorpresa. Situato sulla SP23b, alle porte di Regalbuto, il KEB si presenta come un ambiente accogliente e raffinato, con un design che fonde sapientemente elementi moderni e classici.

Il locale si sviluppa su tre livelli, offrendo ampi spazi arredati con gusto, e un incantevole spazio esterno con veranda in legno, perfetto per godersi le belle giornate. Il bancone bar, ben fornito, è ideale per gustare ottimi cocktail.

Ma ciò che rende davvero speciale il KEB è l'atmosfera calorosa e amichevole, merito del personale e dei proprietari, che ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e simpatia, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. La nostra esperienza culinaria è stata a dir poco eccezionale. Abbiamo iniziato con un abbondante antipasto, seguito da due taglieri di salumi e formaggi di ottima qualità. I primi piatti, come la pasta al pesto di pistacchio e burrata, il ragù di maialino dei Nebrodi e la carbonara, erano semplicemente deliziosi. Alcuni dei nostri amici hanno optato per i panini gourmet, rimanendo altrettanto soddisfatti. Il tutto è stato accompagnato da un ottimo vino rosso, e abbiamo concluso con amaro e caffè.

Consiglio vivamente il KEB Kitchen & Beverage a chiunque desideri trascorrere una piacevole serata in un ambiente accogliente, gustando piatti prelibati e godendo di un servizio impeccabile.

Spero di avere presto l'occasione di tornare a Regalbuto e di ripetere questa...
