Bar Pizzeria Il Passeggero — Restaurant in Reggello

Can't even explain the wonderful experience we had at Bar Pizzeria Il Passeggero Ristorante. We stayed in a nearby villa to experience Tuscanny for a week, and ended up finding ourselves blowing off all the other places to eat dinner in the area, and ate there every night. The stone-fired pizza was truly the best pizza we've ever had. They didn't treat us like guests, they treated us like family. Their local wine was excellent, and extremely inexpensive. They do speak English, and also have an English menu available. Without even realizing it at the time, we made lifelong friends with all of them, and will be staying in touch. When we visit Italy again sometime in the future, we will make a special trip back there...because...

The Passeggero is a very nice bar and pizzeria and is located in the center of a small village called Pietrapiana. For breakfast they prepare delicious cappuccinos and brioches: the typical Italian breakfast. To dine in this pizzeria is recommended to book a table because it's very small and very popular, especially at weekends. Pizza is very good and the staff is very nice...

Very very good, large pizzas with a very decent price, and with a good amount of quality products. The service was ok but the Italians seem a but uneasy speaking English especially in non-touristic places like this one so we understood. It was very fast tho, appreciated.
