Borsalino Cafè — Restaurant in Reggio nell'Emilia

We used to come here for coffee after lunch but the service is always been terrible... Several tables with previous clients stuff and no even some form of courtesy by the staff. And when I say form of courtesy I am saying a simple good morning or hello. When we asked to order (we had to come inside cause the waitress didn t even come close to our table, not even to clean it) the other person inside came out and said "there was my colleague here, you should have asked her to order"... We didn t reply just to show the courtesy which this place obviously lacks.

Centrale e ben disposto in una delle piazze piu belle di Reggio Emilia, ma pessimo servizio. Siamo venute qui un paio di volte per un caffe post pranzo ed il servizio, sfortunatamente, non è mai stato dei migliori. Ci siamo accomodate ad un tavolo da sole senza che la cameriera ci accogliesse e ci salutasse. Attesa di 10 minuti prima di riuscire ad ordinare un caffe ( sono dovuta entrare dentro per chiamare uno dei camerieri). Al momento dell'ordinazione la cameriera ci dice che potevamo chiamare la sua collega che era fuori a sbarazzare alcuni tavoli (il nostro ovviamente non è stato...

in una piazza unica, molto bella, si può decisamente trovare di meglio :a partire dal servizio, con il "super barman" che non guarda Mai i clienti (figuriamoci ascoltarli) e non sa fare un Alexander ed il resto è appena decente. Per finire con la ragazza, che ci serve al tavolo(locale ancora deserto, data l'ora), senza portarci la lista degli allergeni, difficile anche lei da individuare con lo sguardo, e alla fine ci porta praticamente quello che era rimasto di tramezzini secchi,...
