Cadauno — Restaurant in Reggio nell'Emilia

Great restaurant in centre of Reggio Emilia! We were on our way to a pizzeria close by, which turned out to be closed since it was a Monday, when we discovered Cadauno fully packed with good atmosphere and locals enjoying their lunch break. There were only 20 min left of service when we asked if they had a table for two. Luckily for us, they did! Since menu was only handwritten in Italian on a blackboard, our friendly and charming waitress tried her very best to explain every dish in detail in English. We got tasty bruschettas, even though we didn't order any starter so probably this was a general custom to guests. We had two very delicious spaghetti dishes, one with salsiccia and the other with prosciutto. Large portions! OK prices. Good value for money. Will gladly return another time to try other things on the menu, surely all dishes must taste great here! Highly...

Came across this restuarant by chance. Fantastic €12 lunch menu.

Started with bruschetta, which was amazing then on to our second plate. We had Tortellini Verdi with butter which was amazing, spaghetti with tomatoes, panchetta and parmesan was delicious yet a had little more salt than we are used too. Still finished the dish as it was delicious Finished with a coffee.

Service is impeccable, would highly recommend Cadauno to anyone who loves a good...

Ho mangiato a pranzo: bruschetta, zuppa di farro con verdure, branzino, crème brûlée e caffè. Farro un po' scotto, ma saporito, branzino cucinato come una sogliola, ma accettabile, crème brûlée eccellente e caffè ottimo. Molto buono anche l'olio sulla bruschetta. Nel complesso discreto, ma non ho mangiato prodotti tipici che invece i miei commensali hanno gradito molto (risotto e tortelli di zucca e tagliatelle polpette e guanciale). Vino (lambrusco) molto fruttato e rotondo al palato. Servizio un po' "parsimonioso" pane solo su richiesta e più volte hanno chiesto di portarlo via, formaggio (ottimo parmigiano reggiano) centellinato. Servizio veloce e discreto. Locale arredato con gusto, non rumoroso, pulito e in ordine. Nel complesso quattro stelle sperando che i commenti siano colti come spunti di miglioramento. Le foto? No, non ve le metto....dovete...
