We were a group of 6 persons we went there for a quick dinner, there was the football match that day. So there was a bit of chaos. We place the order through there monitor. We ordered a the iced tea as a drink, the lady come to us with tea and a small little plastic cup, and pretended us to empty immediately the tea bottles as she have to take them, bear in mind that the cup were really small that we had to drink quickly in order to refill the cups. This is a chain restaurant. I have been there with 2 friends from Rome to taste gnocco fritto and tigelle. I'm from Reggio Emilia but I never visited this place before as if I want to eat these specialities I usually go to locals restaurants specialized or my mum prepare it at home. I must say that the quality was good, the gnocco fritto was not too much oily. Mi servo spesso della Dispensa in altre città, ma qui purtroppo l'esperienza è stata negativa. Ordiniamo, ci accomodiamo e aspettiamo. Vediamo arrivare gente dopo di noi e servita dopo poco dei piatti ordinati e noi li ad aspettare. Ci siamo lamentati con il personale in sala (assurdo e disumano che di domenica, con un centro commerciale pieno si abbiano solo due persone a servire). Eravamo in 3 e abbiamo ordinato 3 primi, ne arriva solo uno dopo 40 minuti di attesa. Quindi uno mangia perchè senno si raffredda la pasta e gli altri al tavolo che guardano? Non è ammissibile!
