the food was good but the staff is strange. the lady yelled from somewhere behind me asking if I was ready to order. I almost just walked out right then. I waited till someone actually came to my table to ask if I was ready to order. its was like I was in a bar not a restaurant. then what seemed to be someone new working there brought me a knife for my pizza as the lady asked him to. he brought it in a napkin. the lady said "no without the napkin". after a few minutes she came and took the napkin. paper by the way...that I had already handled. and she placed it back with the other clean napkins. then as I was finishing my meal and the new guy made a phone call from behind the counter right in front of me and put them on speaker and proceeded to have a phone call. again. I felt like I was in a low class bar. but not to worry...they charged 3 euro cover for this show. someone yelling from way behind you to ask if you are ready to order, or someone taking back a napkin after you have handled it, or the help taking calls on speaker from their friends for several minutes is not what you expect from a restaurant.. you see that maybe in a bar. Read moreTerrible service: we ordered starters and main courses. We received one starter at a time with a 10-minute interval between them. When we started to "savor" them, they started throwing the plates at us as they came out of the kitchen. Disgusting food. We came to Italy for a culinary experience but It was the biggest shame for Italian gastronomy, it doesn't even deserve its nationality! Mussels and vongole in a bitter pool of oil with bread soaked in it worse than prison food! "Risotto" - a separate water pool with oil that hasn't seen parmesan even in pictures! For our daughter, we ordered a margherita pizza, I thought at least this so-called chef is capable of making it, but apparently, we received a burnt mess. I don't even have enough characters to write about the disappointment of the rest! From my point of view, your "chef" should be carrying sacks of cement on a constructions, not touching a pan or a knife! Posto squallido, entrando senti una puzza nauseante, una volta fatto notare hanno spruzzato profumo sulle tende e aperto le finestre del piano di sopra, locale pieno di moscerini. Non ci siamo alzati solo per educazione! Peccato che in questo locale non sanno neppure dove sta di casa l'educazione e la cura verso il cliente! Ve ne accorgerete dal commento che farà la proprietaria al mio post!!Proprietà aggressiva e arrogante, cameriera impreparata che non conosce neppure i tipi di vino che deve vendere! Su una delle tre pizze abbiamo trovato un verme dentro la salsiccia ! Vomitevole !!! Con tanto di scenetta fatta dalla proprietaria andando in cucina ed uscendo fuori con la ciotola di alluminio con dentro la salsiccia per giustificarsi dicendo che era un verme del basilico che arriva confezionato e che non si può lavare prima di metterlo sulla pizza! Ha dato spettacolo senza neppure scusarsi! Ha fatto rifare la pizza ma è venuta al tavolo rivolgendosi in maniera aggressiva facendo la vittima e dicendo che era stata offesa da noi dopo esserci comportati da veri Signori!!!Ovviamente dopo tutto ciò presi dal senso di vomito ci siamo alzati senza cenare e siamo andati nel meraviglioso ristorante piccolo piedigrotta che non delude mai!!!
