An incredible experience! Farm to table dining just outside of the city center with the most charismatic and passionate server we met in Italy. He will tell you an incredible story of the origin of all of their produce and meats and have you so excited before the meal comes. I have the best dinner here during my stay in Reggio Emilia. The waiter is being extra helpful, trying his best to explain to each each dish and where and when they got the ingredients, how they cook it. The dish is delicious, the shrimp taste warm and fresh. The salmon is just well cooked, the apple source is coming from the apple tress they grow, it balanced with the salmon’s salty favor, just perfect. Mi reco in questo ristorante con amici. Entriamo. Il cameriere ci indica il nostro tavolo e nel l'accompagnarci al tavolo, ancora prima di sederci ci chiede che acqua desideriamo. FRETTA??? Ci accomodiamo e rimaniamo basiti nel vedere che le tigelle sono nel menù ma solo su prenotazione. Ordiniamo allora un primo a testa e per secondo gnocco fritto e affettati. Io decido di prendere un bis di tortelli verdi e zucca. Oltre alla porzione davvero scarsa, quelli di zucca non hanno nessun sapore. Quelli verdi nella norma ma nulla di speciale. Ci viene servito il gnocco fritto e salumi. Gnocco molto buono ma anche qui le porzioni sono piuttosto scarse considerando il prezzo di 11€. Per finire come dolci prendiamo una cheese cake, un semifrdddo al cioccolato e un dolce al cioccolato e pere. Risultato? Cheese cake "anonima", semifreddo al cioccolato che sembra un sasso, completamente congelato, dolce al cioccolato e pere che si rivela essere una normalissima ciambella. Il personale risulta essere inadeguato cercando di darsi l'aria da ristorante di alta classe che invece non è vista anche la gaffe al momento di pagare il conto, quando ci viene detto che per far conto pari il coperto delle 2 ragazze è offerto, quando invece le ragazze al tavolo erano 3.
