Premetto che se qualcuno vuole andare in questo locale, gli deve piacere la carne. L'ambiente è molto rustico. Il locale è accogliente, i tavoli sono distribuiti in modo corretto, c'è la distesa esterna e interna. Il locale contiene più sale. I bagni, personalmente, non mi piacciono perchè sono vecchi e sembrano sporchi (anche se sicuramente non è vero in quanto questa impressione è dovuta all'usura), io li rinnoverei. Il menù non è alla carta, ma ci sono dei menù fissi e tutto il tavolo deve concordare un solo menù (se si desiderano modificazioni o richieste particolari, è possibile comunicarlo al cameriere). I tempi di attesa tra una portata e l'altra sono un pochino lunghi. Il rapporto tra qualità-prezzo è molto esatto perchè la carne è BUONISSIMA ed ha qualità. La carne ha un sapore divino ed è molto tenera. La loro specialità è cucinarla al sangue. Una cosa che non mi è piaciuta molto è che una delle cameriere stava masticando un chewing gum mentre lavorava. I menù, per quanto mi riguarda, hanno troppe portate. Mi spiego meglio: ci dovrebbe essere una portata che includa assaggi di antipasti caldi ed una che includa antipasti freddi (crudités di carne) invece di tante portate di crudités di carne perchè una persona arriva a fine pasto che scoppia.
