Veneto Cable Park/Veneto Grill House — Restaurant in Resana

I don't usually write reviews unless the experience exceeds my expectations.

I spent the day at the Cable Park, Acqua Park, and Grill house with kids (aged 6-13) and friends. Beyond having a great time (the facilities are excellent, organization is very good, friendly laid back vibe, and restaurant is beautiful with great food) the standout were the staff; extremely friendly, courteous, and amazing with the children. In particular the wake-school staff were brilliant and made sure the kids had a wonderful time - ensuring adults could relax.

Cibo buono, location molto carina, posto che consiglierei per un aperitivo se non fosse per il servizio. Ci siamo presentati per un aperitivo post cena qualche settimana fa e l’esperienza non è stata delle migliori. Nello specifico penso che fare aperitivo in un luogo in cui il cliente viene tratto come se non fosse ben accetto non è il massimo. Premesso che non eravamo a conoscenza del fatto che il locale chiudesse a mezzanotte spaccata, abbiamo chiesto verso le 23 se fosse possibile ordinare un ulteriore giro di cocktail, il cameriere ci ha risposto che ci avrebbe mandato il collega. Probabilmente il collega era impegnato (cosa lecita) e si è presentato al nostro tavolo circa 30 minuti dopo, noi eravamo assolutamente tranquilli visto che non avevamo alcuna fretta; i cocktails arrivano circa 15 minuti dopo. Allo scoccare della mezza notte siamo stati “gentilmente” invitati ad andarcene tramite la ripetizione della strofa : “E adesso andate via” della canzone di Ranieri; la cosa poteva anche essere presa con ironia, se non fosse che la canzone è stata messa in loop e al massimo volume proprio quando ci sono arrivati i cocktail, allorché mentre il cameriere cercava gentilmente di giustificarsi per la situazione, la sua collega ci ha detto “ di levarci dal c** perché doveva andare a casa” ( probabilmente pensando che non l’avessimo sentita). In ogni caso capisco la necessità di sgombera il posto il più in fretta possibile per permettere a chi lavora di terminare i servizi, però allo stesso tempo penso che nel momento in cui questa necessità sia incombente sia necessario non accettare ordini in modo tale da risparmiarsi queste...

Have to point out wake school. It was absolutely fantastic experience! Park is super nice placa with very cool vine. Everything from the firs communication till the end of private session was at the higest level. It was my first time on the board and my instrutor Giordana (hope i spelled it correctly 😁)made me fall in love with the sport. She was just awesome, every advice she gave during the session was spot on, she made it as easy as possible. Thanks again Giordana, will...
