Ristorante pizzeria bar "La Battigia Nisportino Summer — Restaurant in Rio

Explain a couple of things to me. On a nice beach, a rather pretty restaurant with a nice terrace is blasting American gangsta rap music in the middle of the day - why?

This is a family beach with kids and retired people, but one individual at this restaurant who doesn't really look italian, feels comfortable enough to push his horrible rap music on the crowd. Is this necessary? What happened to Italy and italian music or calm, relaxing music at a low volume? Do we need to hear gross and cuss words?

Also, if you want a pizza for lunch, forget about it. The kitchen is open, the cooks are there, BUT they only serve pizza for dinner. Stupid.

EDIT just below to answer the owner/manager: I was there for lunch and your employee told me that pizza isn't served for lunch time. Why on earth would I lie? I was hungry. Please don't...

The way towards the restaurant is not the easiest one. The road contains some obstructions and it very curvy. No problem for going but returning in the night towards Portoferraio after a good meal and some drinks is somehow challenging. The restaurant is however located in a nice bay where you could see a beautiful sunset. Sitting on a terrace, observing the sunset, listen to the waves of the sea while drinking some bubbles is definitely great. It provides you this typical holiday feeling and one is about to enjoy. The food that we have ordered was delicious. The tagliata di tonno was on the point and the interpretation of mousse au chocolat was more than interesting. The staff was nice polite and care taking. Posto carino, personale molto gentile, ma assolutamente non tornerei. 5 pizze, 2 acque e 2 cocacola 86 euro. Il prezzo poteva essere giuatificato se le pizze fossero state piene. Una frutti di mare 14 euro, che è praticamente una margherita. 4 calamari e 4 cozze. Le cozze erano senza sapore, praticamente senza sale e non so come possa essere possibile. L'altra pizza senza cozze, sempre 14 euro perchè a detta loro erano stati aggiunti i gamberetti, ma il gamberetto (minuscolo, di quelli che si trovano nei risotti pronti) era uno solo. 3 euro di coperto e 3 euro una bottiglietta d'acqua. Ripeto, avremmo pagato questo molto volentieri, ma ne deve valere la pena. Avrete sicuramente la risposta pronta, così come in altre recensioni negative, ma la verità è questa, per quanto possiate giustificarvi.

Risposta alla risposta: mi scusi? Noi abbiamo chiesto un tavolo più vicino alla spiaggia? E dove? Fuori dal locale, dato che già eravamo abbastanza vicini alla spiaggia? Avete un chioschetto da spiaggia, mica la reggia di Caserta. Inoltre non è nostra abitudine chiedere posti differenti in un locale, non ci è mai passato per la testa in nessun locale. È questo che fate per giustificarvi? Raccontate balle, invece di prendere spunto dalle critiche e migliorare? Complimenti. Quanta pochezza! I prezzi possono essere giustificati se si porta in tavola quello che il cliente chiede, non una presa in giro. La foto posso averla fatta prima di assaggiare la pizza per inviarla a qualcuno o per qualsivoglia motivo e di certo non deve rendere conto a lei.
