Amazing find in a hidden garden in Roccagorga. This restaurant is managed by a native family. The chef is a young man, with some background experience in Michelin starred restaurants. He proposes a fusion of typical Italian dishes with a Spanish twist. You can choose between "a la carte" menu and two tasting menu options where you leave the choice to the chef's inspiration. We really enjoyed the stay, food was delicious, in particular the goat taco and the braised veal cheek were mind-blowing. It takes a while to find the place, but once we did and were comfortably ensconced by the wood fired oven we stayed for several hours. The ricotta-filled pasta, braised goat taco, and the slow cooker beef cheek were particular favourites.
