Oggi a pranzo siamo stati alla Trattoria Del Compare Ottima accoglienza da parte del personale di sala pronto a soddisfare "con il sorriso" ogni esigenza. Partiamo con un buon antipasto misto misto verdure grigliate, affettati e formaggi su consiglio dei proprietari (scelta azzeccata viste poi le porzioni). Gli antipasti sono molto buoni ma, stupisce sopratutto la qualità della materia prima usata...tutto ottimo! Per primo scegliamo culurgiones sardi fatti in casa eseguiti alla perfezione, per secondo grigliata mista di carne tra arrosticini di pecora salsiccie, braciole, bistecche di vitellone e tanto altro tutto alla brace e tutto buonissimo Finiamo il pasto con un buon mirto dalla casa.
