We come here for more than 12 years now. Our summer vacation in the Maremma is not complete without a visit (or 2,3 ...) to this restaurant.
Our family loves the Pizze here and they have become the reference against which every other restaurant is measured. They are thin, crisp and have tasty toppings. This type of crust lends itself quite well for Pizze Bianchi (without tomato) My personal favorites are the Valdostana (a Bianchi) and Tramonto.
The primi and secundi are nice as well. Some favourites are the Strozapretti and the Galetta alla Sticcianese.
The staff is friendly and this year there is a new waitress who speaks some English. Prices are moderately low (€5-€9 for Pizze and most primi/secundi below €10), house wine is good and the view is amazing. On Wednesday there is live music during the summer season.

We stay here 3 evenings in a row for dinner. All the food is delicious, we tried a lot. The price for food and drinks is very moderate. 3 Courses for 2 people incl. Wine and Water is about 50-60€. That is very fair. On wednesday there was also fabulous livemusic, which we enjoyed very much. The location is typical italian with an amazing view. After 21:00h it is getting very busy, but the whole staff stays cool. Sometimes you got the feeling, the service didn't see you, but this is because of a lot of work. We felt very welcome und can really recommend this place....

update 2021: increased prices 20-40% for simple mediocre food, can't recommend anymore even the views are still amazing!
Maybe Pizza woukd have been better choice?
menu is even more limited in 2021 (only 3 secondi, cinghiale, gallo e trippa) Also they added basically 2€ to each dish and the portions got much smaller in my eyes..... Wine is "ambiente" temperatura which is by far too warm in summer (if outside 35°C the wine has 28-30 or so) -
Low value, if you plan to eat cinghiale you get better food...
