Updated review 17.09.2020: I had previously given a 4 star review, but with the terrible experience we had today I have changed it to one star. The staff has usually always been very kind but today the waiter was extremely rude and unprofessional. We had come for a business meeting/lunch with our clients and even our clients pointed out the lack of respect that the staff had. I also read some other recent reviews where people are pointing out the same thing: that recently the service has become terrible.

Instead of writing a bad review immediately, I took the time out to call the restaurant later during the day and speak directly with the owner regarding the issue, but instead of an apology he only gave me excuses trying to justify the actions of the waiter.

Looks amazing on paper. Once you get there the layout, the decor, is gorgeous. The location is so-so in an industrial park area. Parking is a big deal - very little on site so you may need to park on street. The prices look really good when you see the menu because the modern decor gives you an idea of quality. The service is average: we kept getting food served while out empty plates were still sitting on the table. The food is the only problem in the sense it's average - right in line with the prices but not with the decor - if that makes sense.

Situazione allucinante ! Servizio lentissimo , dopo due ore dovevamo ancora mangiare il primo. Ma ancora più preoccupante è la mancanza di professionalità e serietà del personale di sala e del titolare. Dopo un'ora abbiamo chiesto gentilmente alla cameriera cosa stava succedendo perché non era arrivato ancora nulla, c'è stata data una risposta non professionale, dando la colpa che ci sono tanti tavoli , RIDENDO in modo infimo trattandoci da rompi scatole. Allora confusi abbiamo chiesto di parlare al titolare, identica risposta se non peggiore! Si notava proprio la poca voglia e il fastidio di lavorare in un giorno festivo. Nessuno MAI si è scusato per l'inconveniente, e questo è ancora più grave. A volte basta scusarci e le persone cercano di portare pazienza. Abbiamo dovuto CANCELLARE il secondo perché alle 3.30 era arrivato solo il primo, ormai delusi non volevamo più permanere ancora in questo posto. La pasta allo scoglio la sconsigliamo tantissimo, pesce non ce n'era (se non scarti come chele e gusci) , poco sugo e qualche pomodorino poco cotto. Speravano che in due ore almeno il cibo fosse buono, e invece no. Quando si prende un certo numero di prenotazioni, come si prendono tanti ricavi si aumentano anche le responsabilità. Se non si è preparati è meglio essere meno avari ma dare un ottimo servizio. Non c'era mai capitato una situazione simile, con risposte del genere da parte del personale.
