Siamo andati io, mia moglie con nostra figlia e una coppia di amici e la loro figlia. Seduti al tavolo abbiamo ordinato 2 coppe gelato per i bimbi, 3 aperitivi e un the caldo. Tralascio il fatto che alla richiesta al cameriere di due gelati piccolini in coppetta perché trattavasi di bambini ci viene risposto che non era possibile (come se tutti i clienti dovessero essere adulti), ecco l'elenco delle assurdità cui abbiamo dovuto assistere: 3 aperitivi e una misera coppettina di patatine e una ancor piccola coppetta di noccioline (se avessimo ordinato solo 1 aperitivo che cambiava) Le noccioline senza neppure un cucchiaino, alla faccia dell'igiene. La teiera dentro alla tazza e con acqua già freddata. Il cameriere che quando passa alla fine, ci dice: "ah non ve l'hanno portate altre patatine..vabbè tanto avete finito". Scontrino non fiscale che, se non mi fossi alzato per andare a reclamare quanto sopra, non so se sarebbe stato convertito in scontrino fiscale. È vero che in un porto turistico possono transitare turisti e quindi via ad un trattamento approssimativo ma come abitanti di Ostia, sicuramente non vi da onore e potete aver deluso clienti una volta. Una seconda non ci sarà. La prossima volta ve le portiamo noi le patatine....

INTEGRAZIONE. Ringraziandola per la risposta e non potendo rispondere alla sua replica, tengo a sottolineare che i crodini erano 3 (totale 9 euro). E NON ci è stata portata alcuna integrazione di patatine e noccioline. Ribadisco che se, come afferma, è tutto proporzionato, debbo immaginare che chi ordina un solo crodino riceve solo le ciotoline? Ma al di là di questo, la scortesia del cameriere con quella frase della quale siamo testimoni in 4 (escludendo le bambine) e la sua impreparazione (non ci è stato riferito che potevamo prenderci le coppette per i bimbi e portarle al tavolo), descrive una immagine del vostro locale affatto professionale. Came for dessert and a coffee, dessert was nice however, waiting for an espresso for 40 minutes is ridiculous and strait rude. To many guests and not so many personnel to accommodate everyone on an appropriate service level, especially for this restaurant being in the Center of Port of Rome. Service industry in Italy just went down like a snowball the past few years, and this is coming from someone in international yachting industry.

Service + price for this place is “no comment” anymore.
