Corte Vaia — Restaurant in Roncoferraro

ein wundervoll romantisch anmutendes Restaurant mit stimmungsvoller Abendbeleuchtung. so begann unser Abend hier mit einer kleinen Gruppe für die eine schöne Tafel vorbereitet war. Wir haben für 500€ Speisen und Getränke bestellt. Die wegen unserer eher dürftigen Italienischen Sprachkenntnisse beim englisch sprechenden Sohn des Chefs auf den Weg gebracht wurden. Dieser hatte sein Restaurant als ausgesprochenes Fisch- und Meeresfrüchte Spezialist angekündigt. Nun, was serviert wurde war in einigen Fällen sehr schwach. Die Grigliata/Grillteller mit Scampi und verschiedenen Fischsorten war total übergart. Ich habe dem Sohn (englisch) dies mitgeteilt „twice dead - total trocken übergart“. Währenddessen wurde Thunfisch Tartar (toll) und fritto misto (oktopus) in prima Qualität serviert, was ich beides gekostet habe. Auf meine Anmerkung zum Übergaren des Grilltellers kam KEINE Reaktion. Mein Dessert, ein Sorbet a Limone, war ausgezeichnet. Im Ergebnis bin ich deshalb überzeugt dass ich dieses Restaurant nicht mehr besuchen werde und ich empfehle anderen Gästen sich das genau zu überlegen. Schade.

a wonderfully romantic restaurant with atmospheric evening lighting. So our evening began here with a small group for whom a beautiful table was prepared. We ordered food and drinks for €500. Which was initiated by the boss's English-speaking son because of our rather poor Italian language skills. He had advertised his restaurant as a specialist in fish and seafood. Well, what was served was very weak in some cases. The grigliata/grill plate with scampi and various types of fish was totally overcooked. I told my son (in English) that “twice dead - totally dry and overcooked”. Meanwhile, tuna tartare (great) and fritto misto (octopus) were served in great quality, both of which I tasted. There was NO response to my comment about overcooking the grill plate. My dessert, a sorbet a lime, was excellent. As a result, I am convinced that I will not visit this restaurant again and I recommend that other guests think carefully...

Sono stata a mangiare in questo ristorante con la mia famiglia e che dire: era da tanto tempo che non mangiavo COSÌ MALE. Avevamo alte aspettative, viste le recensioni e le voci che si erano sparse sul ristorante. La maggior parte del pesce risultava surgelato o senza un sapore, gommoso, e cotto male. I piatti che vengono serviti a 28€ in realtà non valgono nemmeno la metà di questo prezzo. Perfino il pane era vecchio e duro. I primi piatti al limite dell’immangiabile. Per non parlare del servizio PESSIMO. Cameriere inesperte e poco professionali a partire dal modo in cui hanno presentato il menù, fino ad arrivare alla maniera in cui i piatti stessi sono stati serviti; Grilli che saltavano qua e là sulla tavola; Ma l’apice della serata è stato trovare il tovagliolo ( che quando arrivi dovrebbe essere pulito ) sporco di rossetto; probabilmente un alone rimasto di qualche signora che lo aveva usato precedentemente. Prezzi esorbitanti (si parla di 60/70€ a testa) per un cibo pessimo. Si salva la location, che è bella e curata nei dettagli, ma ahimè… immersa nel caos del resto perde anche essa la sua bellezza. Esperienza terribile, sconsiglio vivamente...

Sono stata quì nel giorno di San Valentino. Interno molto raffinato. Io ed il mio ragazzo abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avere un tavolo in cui, dall'interno, si riusciva a vedere abbastanza bene la piscina che c'era fuori. Una cameriera ci ha fatto accomodare, facendoci prima togliere le giacche (vengono messi in una stanza/armadio in cui, però, non sono custoditi). Da riguardare un po' i tempi di attesa (Ma ciò era abbastanza giustificato dal fatto che c'era parecchia gente che festeggiava ieri). Siamo arrivati alle 20.15 circa e siamo andati via alle 22.15. Primi e secondi piatti buoni, anche piuttosto abbondanti. C'è da dire che la dimensione dei piatti inganna un po' (essendo grandi, fanno sembrare ciò che c'è all'interno poco, quando in realtà non è). L'uso dell'olio (sia nella pasta che nel fritto misto) era troppo eccessivo, a lungo andare anche stomachevole. Camerieri ben organizzati, gestivano due diverse parti di sala. Dolci buoni, ma un po' scarso di porzione. Prezzo un po' alto, ma in un posto così è normale. Bagni puliti e organizzati. Ci torneremo in estate per mangiare intorno alla piscina sicuramente, aspettandoci però meno uso...
