🇩🇪 Leider stark nachgelassen – Preis-Leistung passt nicht mehr

Wir besuchen dieses Restaurant seit vielen Jahren und waren bisher immer sehr zufrieden. Dieses Jahr war der Besuch jedoch eine große Enttäuschung. Das Essen war eines der schlechtesten, das wir je in einem Restaurant serviert bekommen haben. • Das Kinderessen war völlig überteuert und qualitativ minderwertig – der Burger schmeckte wie ein Produkt aus der Tiefkühltruhe. • Der Wein wurde warm serviert, obwohl wir zu den ersten Gästen gehörten. • Ein Gericht wurde falsch gebracht, ein anderes komplett vergessen. • In den Nudeln mit Shrimps waren nur die Köpfe – und diese schmeckten extrem fischig und unangenehm.

Die Qualität hat im Vergleich zu früher stark nachgelassen. Das Personal war bemüht, sprach aber leider nur Italienisch, was die Kommunikation erschwerte. Im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants auf Albarella stimmt hier das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis leider überhaupt nicht mehr.

Wir waren alle sehr enttäuscht. Ich hoffe, dass es irgendwann wieder so wird wie früher – momentan ist das Restaurant leider nicht mehr zu empfehlen.

🇮🇹 Purtroppo molto peggiorato – il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è più adeguato

Frequentiamo questo ristorante da molti anni e in passato siamo sempre stati molto soddisfatti. Quest’anno però è stata una grossa delusione. È stato uno dei pasti peggiori che abbiamo mai ricevuto in un ristorante. • Il piatto per bambini era totalmente sovrapprezzato e di bassa qualità – l’hamburger sembrava uscito dal congelatore. • La bottiglia di vino è stata servita calda, anche se eravamo tra i primi clienti della serata. • Un piatto è stato servito sbagliato, un altro completamente dimenticato. • Nella pasta con i gamberi c’erano solo le teste, e avevano un sapore fortemente di pesce, quasi sgradevole.

La qualità è peggiorata molto rispetto agli anni precedenti. Il personale si è impegnato, ma parlava solo italiano, rendendo la comunicazione difficile. Rispetto ad altri ristoranti ad Albarella, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è purtroppo molto scarso.

Another great restaurant on the island. With a fish menu or meat. The presentation of the food is great and the food itself is fresh and full of flavor. Friendly staff that speaks great English. And for small children also enough options for food. I would recommend making a reservation if you would like to dine here. It's always full and the place is not too big. Tip if you like scroppino take the lemon sorbet with licorice. It's a scroppino with licorice booze. I loved it! Price wise it's one of they expensive restaurant on the island. I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this establishment. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that I was not welcome. The staff, including the manager, were incredibly rude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Not only were they unfriendly, but I even witnessed them pointing fingers at other customers, which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. It felt as though they wanted me to leave as soon as possible, rather than providing any kind of service.
