Pollino DiVino — Restaurant in Rotonda

Absolutely loved our stop. You would think a sandwich and wine would be simply satisfying but ours were outstanding. We had the Morano panini with spicy Nduja, balanced by fresh Ricotta and paper thin sliced of conserved zucchini. It was the kind of good that makes you close your eyes and thank the heavens for Italy at first bite. This little wine bar has stone walls filled with quality local foods and excellently curated wines. The Pollino park and surrounding regions are represented nicely in the products offered by the glass or bottle to go. Of which we took six! Fantastic plate where we had delicious bruschettas and a ham-cheese tagliere. Great selection of wines and don’t forget their local beer (IPA “Her” is really good!) Carlo is very friendly and helpful, and he always finds the right solution to pleaser...
