Pizzeria Sa Prentza — Restaurant in Sèneghe/Seneghe

We’re currently staying in a small town nearby and yesterday, on a Monday night, we were out trying to find some pizza but not much was open. The one place that was still standing had stopped making pizzas by the time we got there. So, we drove to a nearby town called Seneghe and found this wonderful spot. It turned out to be a great decision - the pizzas were exceptional.

I ordered the “Seneghese”, which was named after the town and the name suggested it was something local and I was totally happy to try it. I wasn’t sure about one of the ingredients, so the waitress explained in detail how it was marinated pork. She said the pizza was heavy, and that’s what I wanted. It was delicious. The green little olives with pits in my pizza were a delightful touch - not your usual black pitless olives, but something with a unique, vibrant taste that paired perfectly with the local Ichnusa beer on tap. I had hesitated to try the beer on tap again after a less-than-stellar experience elsewhere the night before, but here, it was just right.

The second pizza we had was gorgonzola with bottarga, and it was equally delicious. And I have to mention the waitress again - she was exceptionally hospitable and friendly, offering suggestions that turned a good dinner into an exceptional one. Even with a full house, our pizzas arrived quickly. This place is highly recommended - truly a gem

Piccola pizzeria sita nel comune di Seneghe. Si tratta di una struttura costituita come le antiche case del posto in cui potete anche ammirare un vecchio frantoio che mi è stato detto essere lì prima che sorgesse la pizzeria. Le pizze sono buonissime e di dimensione molto generosa con prezzi molto onesti. Ha pochi posti coperti ma d'estate si può godere dei tavolini all'aperto su una piccola piazzettina con al centro un monumento ai caduti in una guerra mondiale. Per i parcheggi è più problematico perché dovrete parcheggiare sulla strada ma si trova spazio a costo di fare qualche metro in più camminando e con la scusa godere dell'architettura del piccolo paese che conserva benissimo molte...

It is a nice pizzeria in the centre of a village of Narbolia. Vividly, funny, full of people, however with excellent service. I like this type of places...
