Ristorante il Commensale — Restaurant in Sènnaru/Sennori

Worst experience I had in Italy by far. They took a whole hour to bring us the first dish. My girlfriend is vegetarian so we ordered a vegetarian flan as an appetiser. After we waited an hour for it, we were absolutely devastated when after the first bite we realised the vegetarian flan had in fact fish. The waitress first denied it and after consulting with the kitchen recognised it had fish. She was very apologetic and offered to bring us another appetiser, but we didn’t want to wait another hour for it. After another 30 minutes the main dishes came and they were the smallest portions I’ve ever seen. Overall, for two glasses of wine, one appetiser and two main dishes of pasta (not homemade either), we paid 50 Euros, including a 20% discount of the fork. Would...

Tremenda esperienza! Non appena arrivate al locale nessuno ci ha accolto all'ingresso, era vuoto con tavoli deserti e senza personale disponibile. Usciamo dal locale e fuori un estraneo ci chiede se per caso volessimo mangiare nel locale, annuiamo e ci indica la scala all'interno del ristorante per andare al piano superiore, per poi dileguarsi. Lì siamo accolte da una cameriera che senza sorridere ci fa accomodare. Ordiniamo 2 primi (nella carta il piatto era indicato come minimo per 2 persone) e 1 secondo (fritto misto) e la signora ci dice che l'ordine del fritto era per minimo 2 persone. Segnaliamo che non è indicato sul menù e lei insiste nel dire che è così e che probabilmente era un errore di scrittura nel menù. A quel punto decidiamo di non ordinare il secondo e lei sottolinea in modo scortese "solo due primi?". Sono pronta ad andarmene, ma la persona con cui ero mi chiede di attendere, così facciamo e chiediamo la carta dei vini che ci viene consegnata. Ordiniamo un primo vino che ci dice non esserci, proviamo con un secondo e la risposta è la stessa, allora andiamo sul terzo e la risposta è la medesima con l'aggiunta che essendo a fine stagione non hanno disponibilità dei prodotti richiesti.
