Fatzenda Factory — Restaurant in S'Ulumedu/Olmedo

We were looking for a good pasta place/restaurant almost the whole week. When coming to this place, we were thinking probably the same as many people arriving from the highway… let’s not expect much here.

Oh boy were we mistaken and blown away! 🤯 This was the best proper italian food we tasted the whole week. Every single dish was crafted to perfection! 👏 And to round it all up, the deserts! They were just amazing!

This is a must food-stop while exploring Sardinia!

“Why are you taking us to eat at a gas station?” my wife said. Thirty minutes later, she understood why. Ignore the spartan outside and the overturned outdoor furniture, the food is incredible. You’re here for the pasta, all made in house, even though the house semolina bread is so very good. The culurgiones with black truffle - my word, that’s worth the trip alone, fluffy yet flavourful. Passatelli are delicate yet hold a beautiful texture. All this topped off by staff who really do care. A meal I won’t forget...

Wasn't expecting this! We stopped off at what looked like a gas station cafe but we walked into heaven. The best food we had in Sardinia this week was here. Delicious dishes and the complementary homemade bread and butter 5*. The chef is awesome. This is a must stop if you are going by. 🙌...
