Al Primo Ristobar — Restaurant in Sòssu/Sorso

Our Airbnb owner recommended the beach for us to visit which in itself was outstanding, and seeing this place was the only Bar Restaurant within the vicinity we took a chance on the place not really know what to expect. As it turned out, this was the best dining experience we had since arriving at Sardegna 3 days ago. We ordered the Spaghetti Allo Scoglio which was the standout dish. Deep, rich seafood flavour combined with perfectly cooked pasta we nearly clicked the bowl clean. The portion was big, so 10/10 for me. We also ordered the Oysters which were fresh and moreish, The Grigliata Mista Di Pesce (Grilled Mixed Seafood) which had a whole Sea Bream, 1x big Calamari, 3x King Prawns, all were superb. We also had a Spaghetti Alla Vongole e Bottarga, it was completely overshadowed by the aforementioned Spaghetti, even though it's a solid meal in its own right. We left the restaurants super happy, and will miss all the warm friendly staffs, needless to say, if we happen to come back to Sardegna we'll have to come back again. I recently took some friends visiting from abroad to this charming seafood restaurant by the sea, and we were all thoroughly impressed. The combination of being at the beach, exceptional service, and delectable food made for an unforgettable dining experience.

The menu offered a wide variety of seafood dishes, each one bursting with fresh flavors and prepared to perfection. The portions were generous, ensuring that we left completely satisfied. The seafood was incredibly fresh, and the chefs clearly knew how to bring out the best in every ingredient.

The service was equally commendable. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed. They were knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations, which added to the overall enjoyment of our meal.

Le rifaccio il punto.. visto che non ha capito signor gestore . ,Io non voglio entrare nel orgazzazione del suo ristorar .anche se posso , visto che sono imprenditore e tre società una Francia in Italia exstra Europa . Mi presento la mia società è una società che abbraccia molti settori e io gestisco attività dal eta l’18 anni ne ho 57 faccia lei il calcolo .Giro per lavoro per hotel e ristoranti di mezzo mondo a partire da : Italia , Francia , Spagna ,Germania, Portogallo , Polonia, Svizzera. Ecc. Lei ha vent’anni di attività ma non ha imparato una cosa che è necessaria per un gestore di un ristorante e cioè il rispetto per chi chiede gentilmente, non con arroganza e non platealmente ma in disparte del tempo che restante per il piatto mancante, che doveva uscire dopo il primo piatto . Nessuno l’ accusava di niente , per quanto io casa mia faccio quello che voglio risposta data alla mia recensione ,le dico la mia risposta, si a casa sua si , se ha un ristorante ed è il gestore , deve essere pronto alla prima occasione, quando c’è un problema, chiedere cosa è successo ,e chiarire col cliente , nel modo più tranquillo e cordiale soprattutto da un cliente come me chiedeva il tempo che rimaneva di attesa per avere in tavola il piatto di calamari , lei ha deciso di farmi aspettare e ha servito tutti gli altri clienti che sono arrivati dopo di noi ,facendo passare più di mezz’ora senza avere spiegazioni , e visto che lei e venti anni in questo mestiere dovrebbe già sapere che la comanda si chiude dal momento che sono stati portati tutti i piatti ordinati e in tavola , e se manca un piatto si procede subito . Stia tranquillo , io non passerò più dal suo ristorar anzi le chiedo gentilmente se ne apre un’altro mi averta , che mi tengo largo anche da quello .
