Did not want to leave a bad review here but they had their chance to prevent this. Stifling hot room without air conditioning working. Complained twice and was told it was working both times. Was shown a readout from the room showing the fan was indeed on and it even said 'cooling' but it also said temperature 31°C - at 11pm. The second response from the guy on reception - why don't you try switching off the electricity to the room at the panel in the room to see if that helps? Really? Messing around with the electricity supply in a hotel room?? I asked to move rooms but they claimed to be full. No apologies next morning nothing. The room itself was also in need of attention - cobwebs all over the place suggesting a good clean was needed - shower black and stained at the bottom with black mould to the extent that I did not use it. Thin useless blinds on the window which did not block the light or in the case of the bathroom even fit the width of the window. I don't know if you were supposed to shut the wooden shutters on the outside of the window or if they were just decorative but these were also inadequate to block out the light. Wifi password allows access only for three hours at a time for some unknown reason. All in all one of the worse hotels I have stayed in for...

We stayed here one night as we needed somewhere to stay before flying out from Venice airport. I give this place a 2.5 and would like to rename it “mosquito motel”.

Pros - pretty clean room, quiet

Cons - it was extremely hot outside 35C+ and they didn’t have the AC on in the room so it was at least 45C inside and took 5 hrs to cool down even a little. The hall was cooler than our room . Would have been nice if the day guests arrive they turn on the AC in the rooms that will have someone stay knowing it would be unbearable otherwise

There were mosquitoes in our room despite all the windows being closed. They don’t bother me, but my daughter was covered in bites after sleeping and my husband too

There are 4 ponds at the front of the hotel, only one of them with fish the others were unpleasant looking but I mention this because they were mosquito breeding grounds

upon our arrival, there was no one at the front desk. After waiting for 15 minutes and calling the hotel, we decided to roam the property and went into the kitchen to find the front desk person. They could add a little bell to the front desk so people can announce their arrival

the actual beds were hard and the pillows were super flat. The extra twin...

We spent one night here while on a short trip to Venice area. The hotel rooms are modest and somewhat comfortable. The breakfast was rich for Italian standards. Good value overall. We also had dinner at the restaurant which serves mostly sea food. We had the mix seafood starter plate, spaghetti with lobster and mixed fried seafood platter. Everything was very good especially the fried seafood platter. We did not like the local white wines and ended up drinking a lugana. The desserts were very disappointing.

Asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno. Televisione funzionante e dispositivo anti zanzare in dotazione. Prese elettriche in buona posizione.
