Worst restaurant I've ever been to and it's piteous that price, quality and service were better ten years ago. I waited 1:30h for my meal and I ordered it at 11:30, I don't know why I had to wait so long, maybe they are unorganized in the kitchen Mediocre food and there was a fly in my soup, I ate the soup nonetheless, but I expect a better service for that price. They put everywhere warnings that you need to pay for tap water (2€ extra) or that you should wait for your food and not lament. And you have to pay 1€ for using their toilet or consume something. It is a nice place with good food. Unfortunately when we asked for milk for our newborn she served a glass of raw milk (not pasteurized) which could be dangerous for pregnant women and newborns.

We asked what kind of milk it was and we were yelled at rather than receiving an apology. Those are the basic every food serving service should be aware of.

The owner is lucky that nothing happened or we would have sue her...

Oggi siamo stati alla malga Langfenn a Meltina. Sconsiglio caldamente di andarci la domenica. Abbiamo telefonato il sabato sera per prenotare, dato che eravamo in 20. Ci hanno detto che non accettano prenotazioni. Abbiamo richiamato qs mattina per richiedere di riservarci un tavolo grande. Niente. Ci viene detto di salire su presto per prendere un tavolo. Arriviamo e vediamo che alcuni tavoli grandi sono prenotati ...😨😱😱😱! Ci sediamo alle 12.10 con 7 bambini piccoli dai 2 ai 7 anni. Dopo 30 minuti non eravamo ancora riusciti a ordinare. Abbiamo dovuto rincorrere l' unica cameriera addetta alle ordinazioni. Cmq, abbiamo ordinato 7 wurstel con pane, 1 lasagna, 8 canederli, 2canederli in brodo e sono arrivati dopo 50 minuti. Abbiamo mangiato alle 2.15!!!! Il posto in sé è meraviglioso, il passaggio stupendo come le passeggiate che partono da questo posto, ma davvero, se avete bambini piccoli preparatevi ad un' attesa estenuante, con personale stressato quasi al limite della maleducazione.
