Lanzenschuster — Restaurant in Salten-Schlern - Salto-Sciliar

When we arrived it seems a nice place to eat despite the dozens of flies that flew at the place. As a starter we had the plate of cheese and cold cuts, it tasted like nothing and it looked not completely fresh. For mains two of us had the beef and the other two had te pasta with mushrooms. The beef was completely dry and and it seems like the hide was on also there were some undefinable black spots in the meat, the potatoes that came with the beef where burned but also cold what is strange. The pasta was pretty tasteless and the mushrooms came out of a can. None of us finished the food. When we asked the bill and said that the food was not good the reaction of the waiter was: yeah well I’m not the cook and then presented the bill. Very unprofessional. It is a shame that we cannot give zero stars because that would be a correct...

Nice surroundings, a very well done playground for the children. Too bad as the waitress seemed to ignore us as we didn't speak german. It took 30 minutes of waving to her but she turned always on the other side. I had to go inside the house to have her come at our table andntake our orders. Mean well, the place wasn't crowded, maybe 4 tables occupied except ours. The food was so so. Typical smoked hams and cheeses are all the same. We chose a risotto which was too salty, on the brink of the rejection. The menu was presenting interesting choosings of recipes, but since the first experience, we didn't...

Bauernhof-Feeling mit maximalem Komfort und Stil

Wir haben 5 unvergessliche Tage im Lanzenschuster verbracht – ein wahres Alpenparadies! Schon beim Betreten des Hotels wurden wir von einem unglaublich freundlichen und aufmerksamen Team begrüßt, das uns vom ersten Moment an das Gefühl gab, zu Hause zu sein. Das Zimmer „Panorama-Zauber“ hält, was der Name verspricht – der Ausblick ist einfach atemberaubend! Vom Komfort und Stil ganz zu schweigen – es war der perfekte Rückzugsort nach einem erlebnisreichen Wandertag.

Die Wanderungen über die satten Wiesen und durch die wunderschönen Lerchenwälder beginnen direkt vor der Haustür, was es noch einfacher machte, die Natur in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Und nach einer ausgiebigen Wanderung konnten wir auf der riesigen Terrasse die absolute Ruhe genießen.

Die Küche war ebenfalls ein Highlight – von der frischen, regionalen Kost bis hin zu raffinierten Spezialitäten, die einfach köstlich waren. Das Lanzenschuster-Team sorgt dafür, dass man sich rundum wohlfühlt, während man das Bauernhof-Feeling mit modernem Komfort genießt.
