Esperienza traumatica! Io e il mio compagno dopo una bella camminata abbiamo deciso di andare a berci quì qualcosa. Sul menu lèggiamo che propongono anche cibo senza glutine, io celiaca contentissima! Chiediamo al cameriere se effettivamente sia tutto senza contaminazione e senza glutine ,lui risponde “sì certamente”. Ovviamente fidandomi prendo un piatto di pasta. La pasta era senza glutine fin lì okkey. Paghiamo e ce ne andiamo. Peccato che dopo circa 1 ora e 30 inizio a sentirmi male e inizio a rimettere in continuazione per tre ore consecutive (vomitando anche sangue) finché sfinita il mio compagno ha chiamato l’ambulanza che mi ha portato in ospedale. Diagnosi? Livello altissimo di contaminazione. Quasi come se avessi mangiato un piatto di pasta normale. Ma quello sicuramente non era. Addirittura il medico mi ha riferito che dovevo sporgere denuncia, peccato che al momento del pagamento non hanno nemmeno fatto lo scontrino!!! Forse hanno cotto la pasta nel bollitore normale.
