Se cercate un rifugio dove il panorama incontra la buona cucina, questo posto a 2070 metri di altitudine è una tappa obbligata. Situato proprio accanto alla funivia, è facilmente accessibile anche per chi non vuole affrontare lunghe camminate.

Il cibo è ottimo, come ci si aspetta dalle malghe e rifugi di montagna: genuino, semplice e saporito. Ho ordinato una cotoletta alla milanese con patatine fritte—un classico che qui viene servito con cura. La cotoletta era asciutta, non unta, croccante al punto giusto. Le patatine fritte erano eccellenti, accompagnate dalle immancabili salse: ketchup e maionese, sempre gradite.

Lo spazio per sedersi è ampio e ben organizzato, perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una camminata o semplicemente per godersi il sole e l’aria fresca. Hallo zusammen, ich versuchte das Wiener Schnitzel mit Bratkartoffeln, das kostete 17 Euro. Dazu gab es, Ketchup und Majo aus der Verpackung. Die Bratkartoffeln kann mann eigentlich nicht anbieten, das Schnitzel vom Schwein war zumindest warm. Ich persönlich würde den Koch entlassen, oder hier geht es nur um die Kohle von den Touristen. Ganz ehrlich, dass kann ich besser. Nun kommt auch was positives, der Service war sehr freundlich und schnell, volle Punkte. Was ich zum Ausdruck bringen möchte, der Chef des Hauses soll sich doch von der Qualität des Essen überzeugen. Kleiner Tipp, es gibt's vom Schubeck ein wunderbares Gewürz für Bratkartoffeln, ein bissel Rosmarin dazu und nicht soviel Fett. Einfach mal...
