Quadrì Pizzeria — Restaurant in San Donà di Piave

The most rude and obnoxious waiter that me and my wife have ever met. We went there to just have a pizza after 5 hours drive from Genoa to Noventa. The waiter made us seat in the worst table and insisted to speak in Italian only even that we are just tourist who speak only English. He gave us menus in Italian and we ended up ordering our pizza by chance. The forks were dirty and the overall experience was terrible. The drinks were expensive compare to the other parts of Italy. Around 4 euro for a small glass of proseco and 5.50 euro for a small draft beer. We ate our pizza for 20 minutes and run away. At least the pizza was very good but that will not bring us back! The worst restaurant we have ever been in...

We had a medium food experience in this pizzeria. The pizza options were fantastic. Pizzas were so tasty while the ingredients were fresh and too qualitative. A good variety of drinks to choose. The prices also were too normal. We can’t say the same for the service. To be honest we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. I am not sure how often they serve tourists, however the staff looked so reluctant to serve us. We would like to recommend to add menu options in English (maybe with the help of the technology-QR codes). At least we did...

Partiamo dal principio.. 'Pizzeria Osteria', bizzarro visto che nel menù non ci sono contorni, non ci sono antipasti e ci sono 5 piatti in croce oltre alle pizze e ai calzoni.. Pizze buone con ingredienti di ottima qualità, però sono pizze gourmet, non si possono definire pizze vista la grandezza e visti i prezzi.. Una cosa che davvero mi ha fatto storcere il naso è il fatto che la 'bufala' nella mia pizza (nel menù c'era scritto 'mozzarella di bufala') in realtà erano mozzarelline insapori e per di più erano 2 in croce... Oltretutto nel menù non c'era il prezzo dell'acqua o del vino al calice, si poteva trovare solo il prezzo delle bibite e del vino in bottiglia, io che avevo preso acqua e due calici di vino non sapevo che cosa stavo spendendo e non mi hanno neanche chiesto che vino preferivo..

Locale carino e ragazzi gentili ma poco attenti al cliente, trovo inutile accendere la candela al tavolo del cliente quando arriva se poi non mi chiedi che vino voglio, forse dovreste riconsiderare la vostra idea su ciò che è importante per il cliente..

Posto in cui non tornerei mai più, mi sono sentita molto a disagio e non ho trovato ciò che ci si aspetta da una 'pizzeria osteria', ho dato due stelle perché il dolce era delizioso e mi dispiace dire che però anche qui c'è stata una mancanza visto che non c'era una carta dei dolci con gli...
