In gruppo di amici di ritorno dai Nebrodi, abbiamo optato di gustare qualche pietanze locale in questo esercizio. Una telefonata e okkk....ci hanno fatto accomodare nella sala da pranzo posta al primo piano, a mio avviso di recente ristrutturazione... comunque di buon gusto. Antipasti con formaggi (tra cui un tipo fuso) e salumi e olive locali ecc. e ovviamente non potevano mancare gli squisiti maccheroni al sugo del maiale nero che è caratteristico del luogo ...ne abbiamo visti tanti in girovagare liberi....
