We visited this restaurant based on a recommendation from our Airbnb host Diego, and we were not disappointed! We visited during lunch on a Tuesday, the people there were soo kind, helpful, and with some basic techniques of communication (gestures and pointing), we made our way through the menu. My girlfriend and I visited today for lunch and had an unforgettable experience. We shared Vitello Tonnato, Ragu, Cannelloni with truffle, and Brasato al Nebbiolo – every dish was absolutely fantastic. The flavors were rich, balanced, and clearly made with love.
The service was warm and attentive, and the view… simply stunning. If you’re in the area, this place is a must. Even if you’re not – it’s worth the detour. We’ll definitely be back.

Io e la mia ragazza siamo venuti oggi per pranzo e abbiamo vissuto un’esperienza indimenticabile. Abbiamo ordinato Vitello Tonnato, Ragù, Cannelloni al tartufo e Brasato al Nebbiolo – ogni piatto era semplicemente eccezionale. Sapori autentici, equilibrati, e preparati con evidente passione.
Il servizio è stato caloroso e attento, e la vista… semplicemente mozzafiato. Se siete nei dintorni, questo posto è assolutamente da provare. E anche se non lo siete – vale la deviazione. Torneremo sicuramente.

Restaurant typique du Piémont, la vue de la terrasse est à couper le souffle.
On peut ici faire le choix entre le traditionnel "menu" ou la carte, nous avons fait le choix des plats à la carte.
La cuisine est d'excellente qualité et aurait mérité 5 étoiles, mais ce soir là, le service a quelque peu laissé à désiré.
Le jeune serveur semblait très distrait, il a fallu à plusieurs reprises rappeler que telle boissons avait été commandée mais pas servie, le vin rouge a été oublié... puis ne pouvait être servi car plus disponible...
Dans une région avec beaucoup d'établissements similaires et avec un très haut niveau de qualité, ces détails font la différence, surtout qu'au final, des trois restaurants de ce type que nous avons visités pendant notre séjour, celui-ci a été le plus cher (un même vin, même millésime était même vendu 25% plus cher ici qu'ailleurs...).
Nous n'hésiterons pas à refaire une visite une autre fois, mais seulement en troisième / quatrième choix...
